09/3/2010 17:34 | A very good analysis and summary. I've put Adventis onto my watchlist and will review the results that are due later this month. | masurenguy
08/3/2010 21:13 | Thanks for kind words Jakleeds. A few small trades and perhaps a few others see the value and potential here. Hopefully results in a fortnight will confirm a few of my assumptions. Regards, GHF | glasshalfull
08/3/2010 12:41 | Looks like your post has done the trick GHF, or at least helped. | jakleeds
07/3/2010 22:53 | Thanks and well done GHF, an outstanding post. I've no doubt Adventis will reward you very well. | jakleeds

26/2/2010 09:24 | Hoodless Comment on 2nd Feb 2010 Adventis (ATG, 18p, £8.49m) has announced the acquisition of bChannels Ltd for an initial consideration of £0.738m, the majority in cash. bChannels turned over £2.578m with £0.43m PBT to December 2009 and had NAV of £0.306m. A further deferred consideration up to £3.76m payable over the next 4 years dependent on profits and will be met with 75% of each consideration in cash. This is a good acquisition that is being made on an attractive rating, bringing the 3 founders into the group and which will enhance EPS immediately. The group remains a BUY with a 25p price target. Regards, GHF | glasshalfull
26/2/2010 09:20 | No traffic on this thread since December? Well, I've crunched the numbers and taken a small position during this week and added a few more this morning. Market cap £8.05m (@17p mid) with £1.34m PTP / EPS 2.18p (PER 7.8) penciled in for 2009 - confirmed in January trading update - and £2.15m / EPS 3.48p (PER 4.88) for the current year. * Low PER - forecast 4.88 for current year * Cash generative * D/V 1p forecast - Yield therefore 5.88% for year) * Latest acqusition in Feb "immediately earnings enhancing" * Director Buys Nov 2009 £63k - Chairman and FD * "Good start" to 2010 per January trading update * Significant reduction in cost base - £2million costs removed from business * Improved diversification - Property & Financial Marketing Sectors have taken a battering (hence low rating). Growth in Digital Marketing & Healthcare sectors mitigate this. * Broker Arbuthnot Strong Buy (05/02/10) Results will be released in next 3/4 weeks with chart suggesting that shareprice has turned. Regards, GHF | glasshalfull
14/12/2009 21:57 | Wow a trade of 1.8 million shares at 16p and the price rises. Hmmm | jakleeds
11/11/2009 07:19 | Another director buy. These could be about to turn imo, having been left behind in this year's rally | jakleeds
10/11/2009 16:31 | Placing at a premium and now a director buys at 19.25p A healthy dividend and good dividend cover. Sometimes you do wonder about "the market". | darias
05/11/2009 14:56 | It should be noted that the placing was at full price. Arbuthnot bought 9% of the stock and had to be satisfied that; "The Placing Agreement contains warranties given by the Company with respect to its business and certain matters connected with the Placing. In addition, the Company has given certain indemnities to Arbuthnot in connection with the Placing and Arbuthnot's performance of services in relation to the Placing" | darias

29/1/2009 08:49 | Given the current market conditions not a bad trading up-date this morning. Might be worth a small speculative recovery punt long-term. Good luck! | barn owl
03/12/2008 07:57 | Results not good | orchestralis

07/7/2008 14:55 | announcement of sharebuy backs today. This should increase EPS, looks like the start of more buy backs to come. | jasuk
04/7/2008 08:57 | Must be worth a small speculative long-term punt at under 20p! Silly price really. Good luck all. | barn owl
26/6/2008 11:17 | Have this in my SIPP. Taking a 20 year view, am looking to buy more of these in the near future. For those long term investors, there seem to be some good buying opportunities out there. Will probably give it a few more weeks before jumping in though. | jcscumbria
26/6/2008 09:47 | Now at an all time low and still the selling continues | kenatbabken |
