The seemingly cheap stocks on AIM maybe aren't so cheap after all in this uncertain and difficult economic climate.
Good luck all.

Sadly the sectors that this company serves are all in the mire..in fact property and banking are about the worst hit of all. I guess nobody expects earnings to be met this year so the selling continues.

It's possibly due to the belief that the property and financial sectors will be tightening their belts given the current economic climate. I'm a great believer in buying shares of solid companies when they seem to be out of favour with everybody else. Long term, I think these look good.

The reaction of this stock to good news, ie no reaction, tells us, gentlemen, that the bear is loose.

The company does not hide its light under a bushel and one should consider the following statement in the news release.

"The Group employs 150 staff in London and the South East and has a forecast 2007
turnover in excess of £42m."

Now I know commercial space is expensive in London but to come out with such a statement seems to suggest a projected t/over of £280000 per member of staff. Perhaps they do a substantial amount of contracting out - cleaners, design, leaflet folding, etc however they should screw a decent profit out of such a t/over or they are employing needless staff and do not have managerial competence. (Which we know is not true)

So how come the company is only valued at 14.23m that is single figures even below 5 possibly p/e ratio.

Today's news is great but i have mixed feeling about the situation

The shares dropped 7.5% for no apparent reason. The only reasoning i can some up for this is a CGT cash in or the MM knew about this news and have dropped the price as they feel there will be big demand today. Here's hopin:-)
