Adventis to beat market expectations

Shares in marketing and advertising agency Adventis bounced sharply on Thursday following news that a strong second half will result in profits beating expectations for 2007. There is net cash of more than £4 million, which Adventis intends to deploy on acquisitions. The new year has started well, though the statement coincided with a downgrade to the current-year earnings estimate from the house broker.

The shares, tipped in September 2006 at 37.75p, enjoyed a strong run in the early part of last year. After coming all the way back to 33p, they remain a hold at the current 41p

Buyers will struggle to get any as the maximum online is 1000 shares so
you have to go to the market to get over that,As per the buyer at 45p

Specialist multimedia and marketing agency Adventis (ATG) said trading during the second half has exceeded its expectations and that it expects results for the year to 31 December to beat market forecasts. "Trading for the second half of the year has exceeded the board's expectations which, when added to a strong first half, makes 2007 the fifth successive year of increased profits for the company," it said. Moreover, it said the current year started well, with further strong growth expected this year. It also said it has net cash of more than 4 million pounds and no debt, leaving it in a strong position to exploit current market conditions and pick up a few well-chosen acquisitions on the cheap in 2008. Its shares moved 5.5p higher to 39.5p.

target 80p plus it has a dividend

forecasts please,I,ve been watching these for a while and decided to buy a
few today

Well my 11.6k only served to increase the offer and the spread....still some stock to sell out there...now at a very silly price even for these markets.Perhaps some corporate activity might help lift it which I sense is not far off.
