22/3/2023 14:27 | Does anyone know if my AYM shares will be automatically converted to ATYM in my IBRK account? | ruvic
22/3/2023 13:45 | Presentation good as usual. In summary it seems a no brainer over a 3 year period. But most of the upside comes later rather than earlier. 2023 some cost reduction due to new electricity 10 year deal. 2024 further cost reduction due to solar, and e-lix grade benefits. 2025/26 onwards extra ore from other areas, sees output significantly increase. Most of the financial projections, which were particularly impressive at 2026, were very conservative. Only showing 3.6 and 4 dollar copper, plus I thought he said costed without taking solar and e-lix into account. So may have a 18 month wait before we see good gains here, but when they come they should be worth the wait. | brockwl2
22/3/2023 08:35 | Results better than I expected, But going forward I was hoping elix and solar would help 2023. However looks like we need to wait for 2024 for those improvements and cost benefits. Dividend is a small bonus as wasn't expecting anything. Suspect market will see these as slightly negative in the short term. | brockwl2
22/3/2023 07:43 | Please post Canaccord comments thanks | saracen3
22/3/2023 07:33 | Good to see these results, and next quarter should really reflect all the input cost reductions - hopefully E-Lix plant is imminent. | gekks
22/3/2023 07:25 | Decent results despite the cost increases and maintained divi. | waterloo01
15/3/2023 08:23 | So annual results out next week.. Don't forget that questions can be sent in advance for the Q& A webinar hxxps://www.investor | tommyttrades
13/3/2023 17:58 | Electricity prices been averaging around 140 since I last updated, but big falls in recent days resulted in 30 on Sunday. Long may it continue. | brockwl2
13/3/2023 13:01 | Mine still show @ 5.90 (C$5.90 = £3.54) Strange action on the 9th (post initial date of 8/03 for delisitng) when they actually ended day @ C$6.25 I don't see any problems here, fully funded exploration, still throwing off cash, self financing, unless we get Touro approval, where we'd need £50m which isn't a problem. Not many miners in a safe jurisdiction with lots of FCF & not loaded with debt I'd rather we focused on the Eastern extension,Campanario | tommyttrades
13/3/2023 12:00 | Hi Selber83, yes that is probably right, some TSX shareholders off loading....DYOR | qs99
10/3/2023 18:00 | Qs99 Suggest the TSX delisting would cause this current turbulence .There will be tracker funds who probably specialise in TSX listec companies only so they perhaps are ooloading. We should be back to normal in a week or so I hope. Selber 82 | selber82
09/3/2023 11:56 | Wonder why the fall? Full Listing would really help IMO | qs99
08/3/2023 09:05 | yes, an AIM listing alone is ok for ISAs now. TSX delisting doesn't matter from that pov. | zangdook
07/3/2023 16:59 | Last day of official trading on the TSX.. Atalaya Mining plc ("Atalaya" or the "Company") (AIM: ATYM; TSX: AYM) announces that it has applied for a voluntary delisting of its ordinary shares from the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX") to be effective as of the closing of trading on 7 March 2023. Ordinary shares in the Company will continue to trade on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange under the symbol "ATYM". Will this lead to an early, full listing on the LSE ? Not up on current UK rules for ISA's..... It used to be a dual listing for AIM listed inclusion, guessing this has changed.? | tommyttrades
07/3/2023 12:11 | Why invest in a copper miner with multiple prospects.??. Definitely worth a read.. Commodities consultancy Wood Mackenzie estimated that nearly 10 million tonnes (9.7Mt) of new copper supply will be needed over the next decade, from projects that have yet to be put into development. As we have pointed out, it’s the equivalent of putting a new Escondida copper mine, the biggest in the world, into production each year. The International Study Group puts the coming deficit into perspective, noting that in 2021, the global copper shortfall was 441,000 tons, equivalent to less than 2% of demand for the refined metal, but enough to drive copper prices 25% higher. Using S&P Global’s forecast, 2035’s shortfall will be 10 times higher, at about 20% of consumption. | tommyttrades
07/3/2023 07:46 | The plant will provide upside in recovering finished metal from concentrate, avoiding the need for treatment and refining charges. Plant is/will be able to process 3 ktpa of copper @ apx $15m pa, or 10 ktpa of zinc @ apx $48m pa. Bring on the zinc | tommyttrades
05/3/2023 21:58 | To add to what Brockwl has mentioned, I believe that it will allow for increased recovers to 90%, and allow production of 3000t copper cathode per year, rather than concentrate. That's what I have taken from what they said here https://atalayaminin | leopoldalcox
05/3/2023 13:35 | Power costs coming down with increasing use of solar and wind. | saracen3
05/3/2023 13:16 | Ok thanks brock. Now what we need is some notification that the application for the Touro mine has been submitted. Unless this has already happened. | robmcelf2
05/3/2023 10:25 | Robmcelf2 My understanding is that they will use it on the current copper mined until then. It seems to be more than economically justified on that alone. But will be even more useful once mining ore with a greater mix. | brockwl2
25/2/2023 09:40 | Also, with zero COVID a thing of the past in China, rebuilding in Ukraine to be massive, as well as all other demand stimuli, one senses that copper price should hold very firm for a while no? DYOR | qs99
25/2/2023 09:24 | Taking ore from other local mines. | saracen3
25/2/2023 08:32 | Question for all: my understanding is that the ELix technology enables ATYM to improve recovery of metals in poly metallic deposits - eg copper zinc lead. ATYM have almost finished building their industrial size Elix plant and yet poly metallic deposit mining not scheduled to start up til 2027. What will Elix be doing between later 2023 and 2027? Apologies if a stupid question and appreciate any answers. | robmcelf2
24/2/2023 13:08 | Would certainly think the premium for mining operations situated in Europe & N America should be growing vs those in S America! | robmcelf2 |
