2022 guidance for cash costs and AISC are US$2.25 - 2.80/lb and US$2.50 - 3.05/lb, respectively. Although electricity prices remain elevated at present, they are within the range assumed when setting annual cost guidance. In addition, as Europe enters the summer months and regulatory changes are implemented in relation to energy prices, the cost of electricity is expected to return to normalised levels. The Euro/U.S. dollar exchange rate has also weakened compared to the 1.16 budget, averaging 1.12 during Q1 2022.

END

I sincerely hope Alberto and the team can hit the lower end of the 2022 guidance.

My ATYM position is still intact, I'm still holding $CPER puts,$GSG puts $GSG short. This market is not easy what used to take weeks and months to go in one direction and reverse, now takes hours and days.

Looking into electricyt costs, from the current year and going forward..

Wholesale prices in Spain already down from 1Q 22 highs

Peak of €600/MWh

Q1 avg €230/MWh

Q2 avg so far €190/MWh

June 2022 €150/MWh......So we should have greatly reduced costs on consumption

Also from yesterday
Agreement with Endesa ( supplier)..

I can't find the €price per MWh although contract is long term until 2034

At AGM stated very clearly that the dividend policy is unchanged: 30-50% of Free Cash. We will get interim dvd at next quarter. Unless something radically changes no reason not to keep paying on the above terms.

Thanks KS..

I do remember from the RNS the intention of a twice yearly payment, so had a look back.

Was looking to see if there was/is an ex div date for the interim..
( end of June/July?)

Then again we may have to wait for the interim results, which were out in Aug last year

Dividend Policy

Consistent with its strategy to create and deliver shareholder value, the Company has approved a Dividend Policy that will make an annual payout of between 30% and 50% of free cash flow generated during the applicable financial year ("Ordinary Dividend").

The Dividend Policy will take effect in financial year 2022. The annual Ordinary Dividend will be paid in two half-yearly instalments and announced in conjunction with future interim and full year results.

The declaration and payment of all future dividends under the new policy will remain subject to approval by the Board of Directors.

TT - no dividend dates have been announced yet for 2022 to my knowledge..

The company only started paying dividends last year, and the inaugural one was for the prior 9 month period, so we may end up having different date(s) this year.

We don't yet know whether there will be an interim going forward, one a year, or even one per quarter. All we know is the commitment to pay 30% (I think it was) of FCF out each year to shareholders.
