Indeed ... but isn't part of the tipping process also considering the pricing movements of the commodities involved .... if copper goes down then do they (IC) say that the tip wasn't valid because copper went down? PS: Unfortunately I didn't get in at bottom but bought in just as it got to triple figures (in pence) - was happy to accumulate more since then - now content to sit it out to see what the future brings ....

#LivewirePlus.. the difference is the share price was c200p when Copper was around 2.60/lb, the plant was running at 9.5MTPA, 40KT Copper and we had an operating permit in dispute..

Forward to Q3-2020, permit resolved, 15.0MTPA plant, 55-58KT Copper production (+40%), and Copper is currently 2.90/lb and that makes a huge difference to profits, guided target now at 300p but I will take 250p by year end.. :o)

About normal for IC - tipping something that is already >100% up on year low. That isn't to say it hasn't more to run of course .... if it gets up about another 30% then back to year high - then after that we'll see what the tea leaves say ....

Thanks that is really interesting.

So a recovery of supply of sorts, but will it be enough to supply the demand boosted by the infrastructure spending across the world?

Likewise, COVID protocols may impact full capacity and COVID is still prevalent so could be a few more months before more normal circumstances AND then we could be in to winter 2nd wave no?

Grest stuff... :o) the new expanded plant can deliver at 14,400 Tonnes per quarter over a full 12 weeks at 0.44% and 85.89% recoveries..

Q1 - 13,229 Tonnes
Q2 - 13,365 Tonnes
Q3 - 14,400 est
Q4 - 14,400 est

FY 2020 >55,000 Tonnes, and the share price will now take care of itself correcting along with the Copper price..

The plant expansion was due to deliver +40% milling capacity, and it has delivered +39% including the 5 day shutdown, so it will deliver more than the design capacity..

Operations update out.....Our operations set a new production record thanks to the professionalism and dedication of our team which successfully commissioned the expansion at Proyecto Riotinto.
