06/4/2017 07:57 | Costs for the first 3 years forecast at $1.80 | stockknobjockeyvanbookstino
06/4/2017 07:54 | That's at an average copper price of only $2.21/lb. 2017 will hopefully average significantly over that, with C1 cost per pound forecast between $1.90 and $2.15. Let's hope costs come in at the lower end. | shakeypremis
06/4/2017 07:39 | EBITDA - 15,393 for last year. Say no more! SBT | superbobtaylor
05/4/2017 19:03 | Well done Erric...you'll be glad you did...maybe even by C.O.P. tomorrow.... LLB...sound analysis, but actually the Q1 Ops Report on or before 10 April will give us more than enough info to work out how profitable we are...I'm glad the price stayed down for you but fingers crossed for the MMs markup tomorrow.... And remember...AL is forecasting EBITDA at £45 million in the latest presentation, surely assuming a copper price no higher than c$2.60 for the rest of the year... Onwards and upwards...tomorrow feels like Christmas Day already... AIMHO as usual..... | rougepierre
05/4/2017 13:02 | There is a disconnect between the share price and fair value for sure Erric.., I'm just adding each year, it's always been a 10 year project here for me from 2010's ISA day.. Demonstrating we are a profit centre through results will help put us on the map for sure, will it set light to the share price .? I doubt it, but each quarter we are adding value now, and will be reducing our debt to Astor, it might take another year or 2, but sooner or later fair value will align with the share price . The share price is driven by buyers vs sellers, the company gets on with the job of adding value, and 1 day this gets noticed, from what I see, this is exactly what they are doing.., and doing a cracking job of it too.. 80% of Touro is the next pipeline project, 3-4 years out from here the Astor debt will be gone, and we could pretty much fund Touro out of cash @ the current Copper price, with $3.00 Copper it's done..! Many LTH's have been here as long or longer than I have from 2010, and it's been a very painful journey, but the fact is, the real journey into prosperity only began Jan '17 from full production capacity.. Q1 2017 run rate/tonnages/concen FY 2016 financials mid April Q1 2017 financials mid May.. all 3 perfectly timed for ISA bargains tomorrow..! | laurence llewelyn binliner
05/4/2017 12:53 | I also managed to get my other half quantity bought today, albeit at slightly higher cost. | erric
05/4/2017 12:52 | LLB, I totally agree. I (and many other LTH's) am clinging to the old adage that markets can remain irrational for a very long time .......but in this case I will remain solvent straight through whereas ten years ago I was hooked on the drug of CFD and would have had to bale out when it dropped below £1. | erric
05/4/2017 12:38 | 6th April 2015 140p pre-consolidation (142.5p) - no production, no profits 6th April 2016 98p post-consolidation - no meaningful production, Copper sub $2.00/lb 6th April 2017 132p..? full production/max capacity 10.75MTPA / 40,000 Tonnes of Copper and spinning off $4.5M/Month, Copper $2.65/lb | laurence llewelyn binliner
05/4/2017 12:12 | I get your point Manfrom...and that may be their intention...or maybe they bought far more shares than they wish to continue to hold, in the Placing... However, given that we now have at least 10 Brokers covering us, with institutional clients, any increase in liquidity is welcome, both from the point of making the share more traceable (and therefore narrowing the dealing spread on a more regular basis) and feeding the II beast.... IIs not only want to know that they can build up a meaningful holding, but also that there is liquidity if/when they want to reduce their holding... The dealing spread on GLEN is the quote, which is 322.85/322.95, whereas ATYM's 'quote' is 132/135 and the dealing spread (in NMS) is 132/134.5... AIMHO as usual...off out to play golf.... | rougepierre
05/4/2017 11:05 | Mr 5,000 looks like he might have become Mr 10,000. Having said that, if he is selling, someone is buying them. | shakeypremis
05/4/2017 09:37 | Yeah but....meanwhile although the dealing spread is 132/134.98.... I am again bid 131.7 for at least 25,000 shares.... So if the market isn't short, there is still substantial buying interest... And at least the 5,000 seller is feeding liquidity... | rougepierre
05/4/2017 09:05 | Unusual to see a 5K sell AGAIN........ | manfrom
05/4/2017 07:57 | I'm guessing copper is up because of expectations for disruption at Exploracobres in Ecuador following Morales' election. | sirmoori
05/4/2017 07:42 | 28 days is up for Astor appeal time limit. | stockknobjockeyvanbookstino
05/4/2017 07:41 | Nice recovery in copper. Didn't drop below £2.60 for long. | waterloo01
04/4/2017 19:00 | Results time soon, with 5 months at an average $2.60+ Copper, that's going to put some cash in the till.., ISA top up now in sight 06.04.2017, if you could hold off your buying just another day please.. :o) | laurence llewelyn binliner
04/4/2017 17:37 | Husbod Home tomorrow what have you done to the sp £2.39 was the price I wanted | reba
04/4/2017 16:30 | To repeat...they cannot sell any without the Board permission and a RNS... | rougepierre
04/4/2017 11:41 | Linked above March | waterloo01
04/4/2017 11:37 | Interesting. When was the last presentation? | husbod
04/4/2017 11:20 | Husbod, yes accept they have not changed holdings according to the latest presentation. Non have sold any. | waterloo01
04/4/2017 11:11 | If you were a conspiracy theorist you would probably believe that one of the big three (exclude Liberty) is drip feeding sells into the market to depress the share price so that a placement or rights issue can be launched at a preferential, for them, price. | husbod
04/4/2017 11:07 | Ah yes...somebody speculated about a T20 trader yesterday....can't fault the logic as I almost always buy T20 myself... And there they are again...ASTOR wouldn't surprise me... | rougepierre |
