Some of us will remember the minefield of the 'discounts' that our off takers had, and the impurity penalties..

From the FY2016 figures, we made 26,179 Tonnes of Copper with 25,353 payable, so that's a 3.1% combined discount/impurity penalty.

However, the discounts are offset by the 434,000 Oz's of Silver we had credited, so @ say $17/Oz average for the year, that's $7.5M value adding by product profit from the Silver stream alone for 2016, or nearer $10M for FY2017 ..

Market price for FY2016 average Copper was $2.21, but realized price was $2.25
Q1 2017 data is going to be very interesting indeed..!

From the March presentation, our Q4-2016 run rate was 1097/hour or 9.6MTPA with C1 costs after Silver credits of $1.78
Q1 Market price average $2.65
Realised price $2.70..?
Margin $0.92/lb
9500 Tonnes best guess
21M/lbs of Copper
$18M cash positive..

Onward and upward.. :o)

It's going nowhere again. All sells will take it down again to 1.20p.
Then it will surge again on news , then back to 1.20p
Again a goon result but no big organisation interested enough, not until Astor is paid and divi is paid. 3 years at least.

That's 13 5,000 transactions in the last 2 days by my reckoning....

Let's hope institutions are hoovering them up...

No more liquidity problems, anyhow....

So why would we do a placing?

Astor is interest free.

Debt is repayable at your own pace.

Cashflow is going to be excellent.

I foresee Astor and Touro being funded from cashflow and then short term debt after we've paid off Astor...

Why on earth would you want your shareholding diluted...

Simply doesn't make sense...

AIMHO as usual

No rush to pay off Astor as it carries no interest.

I agree with the placing scenario. No worthwhile II is interested in picking up "dribs and drabs" as currently is the case. They will want a big chunk of shares to put in their portfolio.

When we need cash to expand (A bit later as Waterloo suggested)then that would be the time to do it. Could be used,in part, to pay off Astor perhaps?

Hmmm difficult one but clearly will be at a discount to the current price so 120p could well be right. Hopefully though it would be higher. I have to say that if they announced a placing at that price and the share price adjusted downwards I would certainly send Mrs H down to the old Tiger Bay to raise the funds to top up big time.

Should enable me to buy one more share!

Certainly one of the broker notes suggests that Touro is part of a larger plan to grow the asset base, but it didn't suggest they would be biting off more than they can digest. Touro looks an excellent deal and significantly derisked by the drilling done by ATYM and others before.

Don't see a placing with II's until later in the year when money is needed to develop Touro. Hopefully at a much higher share price not lower, but until then, management are doing what good management does, run an effective operation and growing both sustainably but in a measured and low risk way.

Maybe they will be able to buy in bulk soon enough off market . . . It's a perfect excuse to raise more cash, as posted by husbod, if the other major shareholders are in it too . . .

Big question is whether the Touro acquisition is the limit of our current ambitions as I seem to recall that the Company stated that they were looking at opportunities (note the plural). If there is something else in the pipeline then that would be an opportunity for more IIs to join us by way of a placing. The RNS yesterday also hinted at further expansion. Who knows.

I'm told there are II's looking to buy in bulk, not that I can see much evidence for that. If they want shares, why don't they just buy in the market like the rest of us. Time the share price started to move higher.

Eric: Any chance of adding a silver chart as well? There is one on the WTI thread if that helps. (Although it is 24 hour and I think we need a 60 day chart)

SBT

PS - Anyone who thinks that keeping a mine going at 100% is easy take a look at WTI's update yesterday.

#Erric, is there a problem with the embedded chart..? it doesn't seem to be tracking the daily volumes today/yesterday..?

Q1-2017 data next week..?, mid April is going to be very nice, we've seen already that plant efficiencies are up, recoveries up, grades/blend up to 0.52%..

Makes you wonder what the share price would be without Mr 5K.

Thought there might be some follow through this morning then I remembered that this is ATYM.

I see the silver price has shot up overnight after US airstrikes on Syria no doubt. This will do our silver production no harm as we have seen from yesterday's RNS. I think the silver price has plenty of room for further gains in the coming months.

Hopefully we should see some adjusted Analysts coverage after yesterday's results, which should help generate some buying interest. I'm with you RP I will be very surprised indeed if this retraces to the 120s again....
