15/12/2020 15:25 | I can't see any reason short term for Astra to go up, I think will settle around 7000p. | montyhedge
15/12/2020 14:26 | Added a few at 75.78. Realistically you need to expect increased volatility for a time and there are also FX moves on any Brexit deal as a kicker. | essentialinvestor

15/12/2020 12:05 | Terms have been agreed and with cash being a fixed amount as you well know Monty. I think you are being mischievous and talking your book which we are all used to. Any offer involving a fixed amount of cash and shares is going to effectively alter the total amount paid at any fixed point in time as share prices change. The reality is Alexion shareholders are still going to receive the same amount of cash and shares as they were a couple of days ago, but their value has changed. If the shareholders don't like it then they can sell their Alexion shares in the market at a much greater amount than they were last Friday. | gary1966
15/12/2020 11:49 | Yes more cash will be required for the bid, the lower Astra shareprice goes. | montyhedge

15/12/2020 11:22 | An abort transaction and a break feeDoesn't look like there are other bidders out there - so AZN shouldn't alter the price and if there is - then hopefully AZN will take the break fee | williamcooper104
15/12/2020 11:16 | Getting worth less and less for Alexion shareholders. | philanderer
15/12/2020 09:47 | I see low 70s. What's going to push this higher short term, now this bid is on. | montyhedge
15/12/2020 09:03 | I really like AZN but the skew between yield and growth has been too disproportionate recently. I have a buy in price target which I will implement if/when we get there.spud | spud
15/12/2020 08:09 | Just my thoughts, I sold my Astra, but I like the company long term. Hopefully buy back cheaper. I think Astra will have to pay more, shares will be diluted with this massive deal. On vaccine I can't see US approving until more data. | montyhedge
