I now feel very confident that Assetco will be saved and existing shareholders can expect a sharp spike upwards imminantly. The court will almost inevitably grant approval to the motions proposed. The government seem to have managed to supress this story so far, however they must be under pressure to find a resolution very soon before they have egg all over their faces re this PFI & London / Lincolnshire Fire Services. I e-mailed SKY News twice several weeks ago asking them why there had been no coverage on this potentially exposive situation - and still nothing !! This is being hushed up in my opinion until a solution is found to keep the company trading. AIMHO

The court hearing begins at 10.30 am ,though AssetCo is at the bottom of the list, and the case may not be heard until later in the day.

Treacle i agree it will be the green light for a takeover or better still a stronger company that can revert to profits and previous highs on a sound footing, unincumbered by the fear of administration.
Directors still need to buck their ideas and start to run the company properly though.

indeed...wonder if suspension looms here...sellers moving in ahead of news...could see sub 2p imo....best case survival and worst is administration....we'll soon know today imo!

panic selling ahead of court case do we know what time hearing is today?

can see court deferring case again so sides can continue discussions whish will lead to a bounce back to 2.4 2.7 range?

but still extremely hard to turn a profit with such a wide spread?

100K buy after close at 2.62p against 2.60p offer close.

very high volume but someone still well happy to keep a lid on this probably asset value still net seller.
High volatility again had 37.5% spread from high and low trades today must be the most volatile shares on the market at moment. someone (and MM's) is probably making a furtune providing liquidity to this share?

Ok - I am a holder here. Still just about breakeven as I bought in well after all the trouble started. Almost every day as far back as I cam remember we have seen the daily submission of 8.3 and 8.5 forms for shares purchased or sold in Assetco. I noticed a slight difference in todays submission:



The difference is that the shares were not bought/sold in Assetco PLC - but in '[Assetco/Arcapita Bank]'

Is there a significance in this??

I'm just waiting for the SOA approval news tomorrow and then see the 100% rise to around 7p minimum imo. It'll fall back abit again like last time awaiting more developments.
