12/8/2011 12:13 | I,I,I RE ASTO I wrote a message already and cannot find it here, it was just a thought from a small investor. With the recent troubles in London and England in general and the stagnating state of the economy, we live in troubled times and listening to the fire fighters who had to deal with all the turmoil recently, made me think there is a case to be made here. I used the old example that i heard years ago from a fund manager on TV who said if we invest in a retaile, why don't we first have a look if their shops are full with customers. The need for firefighters and engines will only increase in hard times across the globe. Basic as this may sound, maybe it's best we consider such basic facts. Will recent events work in favour of a buy out of Asto by the deadline this month, we have to wait and see. | topinfo | |
