Found this article from June, at the bottom it states about an investor seeing a placement at 1p a share if a takeover does not happen..I know its old but just trying to estimate what the placement price would be if dilution does occur.

Treacle its my wifes Money and i am not going to take any more risk as just about broke even after buying too high initially. Just dont get a good feeling about this too much like SCHE where investors got shafted?

Caledonian yes but many punters were sucked in yesterday so MM's will love making them sweat and see how many panic and feel they made a big mistake jumping on this volatile little share with its very high stakes.

well work it out they placed 16 million in march and the current MCAP is a poxy 7 million they wipe out cash injections for a living at this company? with another 10 million pounds this will only go to repay debt? and the company still has a cash flow problem so just deferring untill the next capital raising required ?

the offer of cash is only there to assist a takeover IMHO.

I wish i sold yesterday at 2.9p not at all confident in this anymore only 5 more working days before back to court re winding up petition.

Come on! Current share price 2.4p. You can't honestly think of a 0.5p raising.

well ok potentially not bust for a short while but if that happens all other shareholders are diluted out of existance any way as that is at least a 5 or 6 to 1 ratio dilution. at current MCAP share price at 0.5p after dilution so for most shareholders it is the same thing?

They are NOT bust without a takeover as the investorsgroup will inject 10 million in equity (as you know very well)!

yes bidders playing hard ball in my opinion dont think you will see anything close to 7p the bidders hold all the aces? as with out a takeover they are bust

Guys it all depends on news, forget charts and all that..if a takeover comes we will multibag, if not then massive dilution will occur.as stated in the last update RNS

3p will be a major breach on the charts and then no resistance until 7p which was the last big spike in late June. I think it will move in a flash once 3p is broken properly. I'm still hoping for 7-8p.
