HZM are now mid to late October so really hope it is ARS!Slightly frustrating as Peter Bird wrote "in the current quarter" in his statement in the interims just a few days ago

Who will be first with their BFS, HZM or ARS?

Not sure I agree HB, I actually think the BFS will have some material extras in it over and above what we may be expecting.

The decison to carry out much more comprehensive drilling outside of the orignal scope should add some real meat to the bones.

Funding should be well underway by now and so with the BFS delay , the gap between BFS publicaton and funding news should be minimal.

2018 has not delivered to date, that is clear, and so on the back of the much heralded message of it being a "transformational year" this is disappointing but equally the commodities market and AIM in general over Jun - August has been a bit miserable but is now looking brighter.

Looking to see what Q4 brings us and my primary interest remains in Beutong which remains in the price at 1p at best and you can potentially but two zero's on the end of that.......

CC, If it were just a spreadsheet entry then, I agree, they must be holding it back for other reasons.
But the BFS is much, much more than that.

HB - but surely the new drill results only have to be entered into a spreadsheet and the software does the rest. So why the continuous delays? Maybe it's because they are negotiating funding as well but that just needs to be said, so why be so secretive about it it?

True. Both Tony and Peter's strong guidance at lunch after the AGM on 25th June was "weeks, not months".
However, when circumstances change, so should one's actions. New drilling results and the price of copper may well have caused the Board to pause.
I have no problem with that. They have kept us informed of the delay, if somewhat tardily.
Publication of the BFS, when it comes, may not cause the price to move much, since generally we know what's in it already. However, I am greatly looking forward to it.

Gut says they are working on a raise alongside the BFS in order to concurrently announce BFS and additional funding...

I wonder why they didn't revise the guidance given in the interims released the other day. Perhaps it could drop later today.

Have to agree Cupid, BFSs are indeed complicated beasts, but such experienced mining professionals should take this into account when managing shareholders' expectations.

It's actually strike 4 if you count the weeks not months comment from Peter Bird at the AGM.

Unexpected? I've been expecting it since they let us down in Q1, then H1 now it's strike 3 for Q3. What a truly news rich value adding 8 months this has been...
