In his recent article the CEO straight off the bat said "de risked" and "financeable".....given Mclelland is a technical mining guy through and through and not some jumped up plastic rampy CEO I personally think the project is now defined risked and financeable!!But that is just IMHO!!! |
Given a full BFS takes 2-3 years to complete and release, they've done 2, given covid, given how long they take to do things, given DM was employed to do the 2nd one from scratch, given they've redesigned the whole mechanics of the site from the 1st BFS, it's not hard to see how it's taken years if looked at logically. Would say though even with the above it's still be 3-4 years too long but that's just my opinion but looks like we're there now, or within the next couple of weeks. |

Given there reputations on getting projects off the ground ,into actual production - it difficult to understand how a so called starter project is nowhere near starting 10 years since TM took over.

 2LB, as I'm sure you know with investing you buy, sell or leave shares in the present not the past. I've been more vocal than most shareholders in lambastingthem for the long long time it's taken them to get to this point in time but, I look at this point in time.This is a world class asset, profitable and a great mining jurisdiction along with an ever increasing copper/gold/silver prices.They are at the point of submitting funding and that in itself should be a reduced timeline given the banks DD guys have been involved all along the journey so I would say 3-6 months for funding.This is just a starter project and the wider area is huge and, with a world class asset, a hammered share price due to delays, Copper prices rising has meant that I am not looking at the past, but have again been buying millions of shares over the past couple of weeks as the investment case today, is such a no-brainer imo.Keep complaining about the past but surely you must, as an investor, start looking to the future at some point? |

Reading through DOID'S recent news releases, they've got a $250 million accordian facility and it says: "Simultaneously, this financing facility will be used to fund a transformative acquisition as part of the company's efforts to diversify its business towards more sustainable practices."One wonders what this transformative acquisition will be?
