Now the bounce is on.... will be interesting to see where it stops. Yes Q3 showed signs of slowing but growth is still there and the slow down was due to oil and gas. Oil and gas prices are already picking up and for this overreaction to be justified it needs to be combined with a far stronger weakening in the US economy. Hedge funds predicting the future wrong here.... or at least without the weighted justification, too early yet by a long shot to make this kind of call

14% down on the day and into auction. Adding in small tranches down here and looking for a strong bounce back later.

Having said that I do feel that they should substantially lift their divi now as their cash flow should allow for it.

won't be able to tell until US opens. Most trades seem small <1000 so probably auto stop losses. Never use em' always get caught out. Just fallen below my buy price of a couple of weeks ago. See this a v.good long term.

We are getting to the point where the stock market is just a lottery. Today's move is insane and has nothing to do with the performance of the company or its future. Complete manipulation by fundies with money to burn. If I wasn't at work I would go back to bed.

Left an order in at 775p. Not with any real conviction that the price will get there but who knows in these markets. Company looks solid but these are crazy times.

The people who drove this down earlier this year were prob sat on some big losses and waited for results, looks like they are back in charge for now.

Prob is that although % money in equities has dropped recently it has not vanished and investors will always be looking for value. AHT is good value for now. Modest divi + capital growth

Re guidance apparently in Dec talking revenue growth now in line.Seems over reaction but that's this market for you.

They normally guide to' exceed expectations' - so it seems 'in line with' is a disappointment, for now.
