I wish the Directors had more faith in the company. What message does that (£40m share sale)send to shareholders?

Invest in us while we keep cashing in!

Poor form in my view.

Direct investment in Ashmore is my preferred route to emerging markets exposure.

Direct investment in equity avoids the fees of Pooled funds.

Yes, excellent results and strong outlook.

A lot of good detail in the RNS.

Interim divi maintained at 4.8p but on the back of such strong results we can likely look forward to increasing dividends going forward under their progressive divi policy.

Assets Under management nearing the $100 Billion mark ($93bn).

Very positive.

ALL IMO. DYOR.

such strong recent momentum looks set to carry Ashmore rapidly back through 500p.

the market enchantment with Emerging Market debt and yield make this an attractive proposition where Ashmore will be seeing strong business flows.

ALL IMO.

I've just taken a position here to increase my exposure to emerging markets. Looks like a good time to buy in and in any case i'm holding long term.

Completely agree, with the recent slide was wondering whether it would go down to £3 so good to see the upturn, hopefully should see £4 plus before too long

I’ve bought in here at £2.99 a share. I’m underweight EM stocks and see ASHM as a kind of pooled proxy for EM exposure. Avoids the relatively high fees charged by pooled investments such as EMITs.
