One such article showing 20% increase in 2919 and compounded you will see it's actually higher in 2023 than my 50% but I guess you did your research and believe differently so you keep your head buried where the real world won't affect it https://www.mining-technology.com/comment/mining-capital-expenditure-2023/

It's called a concert party where you collectively hold 5% or greater to then requisition the management for an EGM. The EGM will propose new management and a strategic partnership with a well know consultancy (that has access to a funder) that can actively move this forward with their expertise. The funding can then be put in place via the small South African fund with CP's linked to drawdown. Alternatively we can just sit on our hands and wait and wait and wait. Look at the tender cost indices for plant and equipment and you will see that capex has moved substantially and debt in small African projects has risk coupon in excess of 15% now so do as you will but I'm pushing for change while you sit on your ass.

Dragon, how altruistic of you to push for change and see the project managed properly. Could you share with us how you are doing this? As all we see is you moaning and groaning about the management.
With regards to your earlier post it's a bit like Cocopah's, devoid of all the facts so that it suits your narrative.
Yes interest on debt has risen substantially however when you couple this with a 1.3 year payback once in production it is really irrelevant.
Yes the CAPEX will have risen too however i would be interested to hear how you came to the "at least 50%" figure (sounds like a cocopah "fact" a total guess).
You also fail to take into account the increase on the very low basket price for the product, the saving on infrastructure, roads, hydro electricity power lines (which BlackRock will be doing the heavy lifting on). No need for the expensive diesel generators now going to be replaced with cheap hydro electricity.
Sadly I believe that the Mark Twain quote might apply to you too however you might surprise me!

I am here to push for change and see the project managed properly. Can't do that if you blindly follow management that have delivered zero. I believe the project is worth multiples of today but management with nothing. I make my own decisions about buying and selling but thanks for your constructive and useless advice.

Unbelievable that people still keep ramping this share (almost as if it’s a telegram group!). Even after the retaliatory news emanating from China, this is now back to its freee-fall. All graphite stocks were bound to get a lift yesterday from the news but only those where there is some life are likely to benefit. Glad to see that some posters recognise the shambles overseen by Matt Ball and Nicholas Johansen.

The news told us that they monitored the weather and quite literally nothing else. Asset sale or new management would be the best news here. MB is devoid of personality and the ability to get this over the line. in a low interest rate environment with low capex they failed and since they been watching the weather the cost of debt has more than doubled at and the capex will be at least 50% higher so I fail to see what value they are adding.

The share price tells you what the BOD have been doing and the last rns basically said they were watching the weather for 12 months. They really are useless and this project needs fresh management.

I think that SVML are a great buy right now, totally overlooked and nailed on that Rio Tinto acquire the company. Potentially going to be one of the worlds largest graphite producers. A safer bet than ACP, although ACP offers more upside but = higher risk. That's my opinion:)

Even with today's bounce the market cap is still tiny, this graphite ban is going to play out over the next few months with these bombed out small caps. The world needs a lot more graphite.
