Blackrock finace & term sheet is about to drop, the ceo said so himself at the indaba conference interview just this month. This then will be the springboard for acp & launch Mpokoto as viable graphite hub.

China's new graphite restrictions have sparked a renewed interest in the graphite sector.

On October 20, China announced a new set of export restrictions on certain graphite products. As of December 1, Chinese exporters will be required to apply for permits to ship two types of the material, including “high-purity, high-hardness and high-intensity synthetic graphite material and natural flake graphite and its products.”

China's new set of export restrictions follow the widened U.S. semiconductor export controls raised in August this year, which significantly expands restrictions on artificial intelligence (AI) chips and semiconductor manufacturing equipment and adds 13 Chinese firms to the U.S. Entity List, which further limits China’s military advanced AI capabilities.

However, while the August controls were aimed at the chips sector, China’s graphite controls have more bite in electric vehicle (EV) battery manufacturing since the material is used as a key input for anodes, the negatively charged portion of the EV battery. China is the world’s number one graphite producer and exporter and refines more than 90% of global graphite.

With the soaring sales of EVs, exceeding 10 million units last year, growing 55% from 2021, and sales set to grow even further, potentially reaching 14 million vehicles this year. The market for graphite used in batteries has also risen exponentially, growing by 250% in the past five years as carmakers try to lock in enough supplies of critical inputs to satisfy demand.

The CSIS article below is an excellent analysis of the restrictions and graphite demand for the future and is well worth reading!

Wow dragon you really get quite emotional. I asked you to substantiate the "at least 50%" statement and you now say less than 50% so your original statement is misleading.
Is it the UK TPI you are using? If so then probably incorrect numbers anyway. Even if it wasn't you are still in the realms of guessing until the DFS gets updated.
You also fail to take into account areas where acp will make a cost saving, which I mentioned, this will have the impact of lowering the headline rate that you stated

At no point did I say acp would pay it back in 1.5 years. I used it to show that the increase in interest rate will not make a great difference due to the fact that they will be paying it back over a much shorter period than let's say a BKT or like the disaster of HZM.
Honestly you pick and choose numbers and comments just to suit your narrative rather than putting forward a balanced argument.
I suspect I will have a long wait for the EGM as words are easy. If you ever get there I will be voting for MB and NJ.

I think that SVML are a great buy right now, totally overlooked and nailed on that Rio Tinto acquire the company. Potentially going to be one of the worlds largest graphite producers. A safer bet than ACP, although ACP offers more upside but = higher risk. That's my opinion:)
