19/10/2023 11:34 | Blackrock come in and offer 10m for the company. | neo26
19/10/2023 09:59 | Cocopah, your mendacious posts know no bounds! "Hurtling towards suspension" what's that based on? Your gut feeling tea leaves? Or is it just your obtuseness? | mensa155
19/10/2023 07:52 | Now hurtling towards suspension I suspect. Matt Bull and Nicholas Johansen should be prevented from holding directorships (for misleading investors). Remember their names and avoid at all costs. They held the AGM in Darwin btw … probably in a telephone booth! 🤣🫣 | cocopah
18/10/2023 07:30 | From that it looks like management spend their time trading the markets. Maybe they post on here to pass away the time. Who knows but what a mess | qackers
18/10/2023 02:06 | Market cap now sub 3m GBP. Going to be difficult and highly dilutive to get a raise. During the period, a further £60,000 was spent on the project and the Company also expanded its portfolio of passively managed investments, spending £587,000 on three new holdings in listed resource companies. The portfolio performed well during the period, increasing in overall market value by £456,000 net. At 30 June 2023 the Company had cash of £300,000 (with and average monthly cash burn of about £20,000 including annual audit costs) and listed investments worth £1,593,000. | the count of monte_cristo
17/10/2023 17:25 | That's if they ever have an AGM | amtech1
16/10/2023 13:06 | They hold their AGM in the Outback, so I doubt they’ll respond to any communication and if they did who would trust them! 🫣🫣 | cocopah
16/10/2023 11:54 | Also, an rns might be months away. Not sure how good the management are at replying, anyone tried to contact them recently? | the count of monte_cristo
16/10/2023 11:24 | Problem is the RNS's say one thing but the company doesn't follow what they say. So can't rely on them. | amtech1
16/10/2023 10:43 | Rns should explain.. | neo26
16/10/2023 09:51 | Have you emailed the company to ask them? | the count of monte_cristo
16/10/2023 08:11 | What is the plan going forward?Do they have a plan? | neo26
13/10/2023 15:05 | We should call our neighbours at Blackrock up and offer them a buy one get one free deal per kg of graphite. Reckon that could get a sale complete this year then. | dragon35
12/10/2023 12:59 | Honestly Cocopah, you spout the same half truths that Amtech did when I have already clarified that with facts. Maybe you missed my response. If you have given up then sell up and move on rather than blaming Matt Bull for your investment choice. | mensa155
11/10/2023 20:00 | The fundamentals here remain excellent, however we need Rishi Sunak to get over there and put 'spades in the ground' like he did with HS2. And that was a huge success as well. | colinmc1971
11/10/2023 19:25 | The share price will fall to virtually nothing. The CEO misled investors (lied IMHO) and now everyone can see this won’t get off the ground under the current management. In fact it’s worse than investors acknowledge as Matt Bull is recouping his share purchases through the annual income he is awarding himself. The only hope for investors is that the asset can be sold (and investors recoup a proportion of their investment losses) some way down the road (say 3-5 yrs). Not sure whether the incumbents can be ousted but the cost is probably prohibitive. Matt Bull … don’t forget the name when it crops up again and avoid at all costs! | cocopah
11/10/2023 17:21 | I don't even think this is the bottom imho. Investors are spooked by the lack of news and lack of energy from the company. It will find its bottom soon, however only for some to have a punt on the chance news drops. I struggle to see how this is going to achieve financing given the lack of professional approach from the company. All round not good. | colinmc1971
11/10/2023 15:34 | Come on guys, this could shoot up if only everyone could post in CAPITAL letters. This is unravelling now at the speed of knots.Tomorrow might prove to be another bargain day.LolGl all | goodday1
11/10/2023 14:56 | Well written this off. Looks bloody dire. | m5
11/10/2023 08:26 | The pair of them are running Paterson Resources | amtech1
10/10/2023 17:40 | Don't worry Mensa, he'll get there. This years nearly up then there'll be at least another 3 more years of nothingness. | amtech1
10/10/2023 11:11 | Fresh start required. It's not working. | texaschaser |
