Cocopah, your mendacious posts know no bounds!
"Hurtling towards suspension" what's that based on? Your gut feeling tea leaves? Or is it just your obtuseness?

Now hurtling towards suspension I suspect. Matt Bull and Nicholas Johansen should be prevented from holding directorships (for misleading investors). Remember their names and avoid at all costs.

They held the AGM in Darwin btw … probably in a telephone booth! 🤣🫣

From that it looks like management spend their time trading the markets. Maybe they post on here to pass away the time. Who knows but what a mess

Market cap now sub 3m GBP. Going to be difficult and highly dilutive to get a raise.

During the period, a further £60,000 was spent on the project and the Company also expanded its portfolio of passively managed investments, spending £587,000 on three new holdings in listed resource companies. The portfolio performed well during the period, increasing in overall market value by £456,000 net. At 30 June 2023 the Company had cash of £300,000 (with and average monthly cash burn of about £20,000 including annual audit costs) and listed investments worth £1,593,000.

They hold their AGM in the Outback, so I doubt they’ll respond to any communication and if they did who would trust them! 🫣🫣🤣🤣

Also, an rns might be months away. Not sure how good the management are at replying, anyone tried to contact them recently?

Problem is the RNS's say one thing but the company doesn't follow what they say. So can't rely on them.

We should call our neighbours at Blackrock up and offer them a buy one get one free deal per kg of graphite. Reckon that could get a sale complete this year then.

Honestly Cocopah, you spout the same half truths that Amtech did when I have already clarified that with facts. Maybe you missed my response.

If you have given up then sell up and move on rather than blaming Matt Bull for your investment choice.

The fundamentals here remain excellent, however we need Rishi Sunak to get over there and put 'spades in the ground' like he did with HS2. And that was a huge success as well.

The share price will fall to virtually nothing. The CEO misled investors (lied IMHO) and now everyone can see this won’t get off the ground under the current management. In fact it’s worse than investors acknowledge as Matt Bull is recouping his share purchases through the annual income he is awarding himself. The only hope for investors is that the asset can be sold (and investors recoup a proportion of their investment losses) some way down the road (say 3-5 yrs).

Not sure whether the incumbents can be ousted but the cost is probably prohibitive. Matt Bull … don’t forget the name when it crops up again and avoid at all costs!

I don't even think this is the bottom imho. Investors are spooked by the lack of news and lack of energy from the company. It will find its bottom soon, however only for some to have a punt on the chance news drops. I struggle to see how this is going to achieve financing given the lack of professional approach from the company. All round not good.
