The problem with the waiting game is that there is tremendous advantage in being early to the game here (like TGR). Also, there are many other projects (in better jurisdictions) which are coming to fruition over the next couple of years. Timing is everything and so is a strong leadership team, both are sadly lacking here, unfortunately. 🤔

I disagree. I think it is just a waiting game atm.

I think we have to face the reality that the current BOD won’t be building a mine … probably never intended too. The nonsense that they are waiting for Blackrock is a ramper’s myth. For those of us in at 3p plus (and with the good sense not to try averaging down) it’s a question of what it can be sold for. I’d be happy to get out square (sometimes you make investing decisions that don’t work out … that’s life).🤷̴5;♂️

thanks Rover!

That solves some of it. The royalty on the Mpokoto project in DRC.

It also mentions the listed investment portfolio that is JSE listed and is rebalanced periodically.

Would still be interesting to know what is in that JSE listed part.

Does anybody know what the 'quoted portfolio' that is valued at £1.245m contains?

The 2021 AR mentions:

The Group is exposed to gold as the holder of a royalty on gold production from its previously held gold project. The Group’s potential future royalty stream will be affected by fluctuations in the prevailing market price of gold and to variations of the US dollar in which gold sales will be denominated.

So wondered if other holders might have more idea.

Although progress here is glacial, I respect the significant insider holdings (Matt Bull - 10%) and the very restrained costs (admin expenses - £309k!).

Well this is interesting, let's hope it materializes as it could see the share multibag again8. The Company has received an encouraging level of interest in funding the Mahenge Liandu Graphite project and has advanced its discussions with a number of potential finance partners with respect to securing project development funding.

@cocopah - I am a holder here and struggling with the lack of comms and progress from the board. I take comfort from the fact that we have a great resource and economics, MB has significant shareholding and is not drawing a big salary, and the apparent 'wait for BKT' strategy sounds plausible.

I continue to average down in the hope that one day there will be some positive progress and share price appreciation. Might be a long wait but a common theme with AIM resource stocks at the moment

1savvyinvestor Ten bagging is a long way off, if ever. There is no indication that anything is happening and just a load of speculation that they are waiting for Blackrock, which is no way to run a company.🙄

Ten bagging would still only value acp at £90million . Very big upside potential here

One might suspect that ACP might be next. Tanzania really seem to be moving forward with progressing their mining industry, boosting the economy and job market.
