It's about time the board put out a statement that nothing has changed and no reason the share price has tumbled with no comment to stop this rot, l still hold all my shares until l'm told otherwise and stand by what I said before, it's about time the board looked after there shareholders. Dyor

#goodday1 I don’t buy the Blackrock argument … the BOD did not indicate reliance on the undertakings of another company when they obtained the mining license, far from it … and it’s no way to run a business anyway. I see no evidence that anything will progress, perhaps a sale of the asset but even that seems a long shot. Like many I’m thinking it is probably a costly lesson for us all. I am no longer in the Telegram ‘ramping’; group but even they must realise it’s a hopeless case atm.

I imagine most people are considerably down. I know I am and I doubt many others will be in the green. I think it’s fair play to criticise the BOD for miscommunication and lack of activity, although of course it won’t make any difference. 🤷‍a94;️🙄

My view is that any more money invested here at the moment is akin to throwing good money after bad until there is not just an update, but real action is taken. Investors have no impact on the BOD, who do what they like without communicating. The AGM was in Darwin!

Elsewhere companies are getting on with producing graphite and I believe we could be another year or two down the line before anything concrete happens. 🤷‍a94;️

I see no uptick in the share price and there is no reason for any upward movement. Given that most people are nursing significant losses (but believe that the stuff in the ground is worth something) the share price will likely remain stagnant for the foreseeable. Some people may need to cash-out for personal reasons so the drift lower might well continue.🤷‍♂️

Our neighbour Blackrock mining 29/05/23Black rock signs binding agreements with POSCO:– US$10m prepayment agreement; and– Offtake agreement for 100% of planned life of mine graphite fines from Module1.Debt financing with credit-approved term sheets anticipated in Q2Link to Announcement: bit.ly/3qjGTHeThis is very good news $10M prepayment from customer, debt finace announcement due before end of June so anytime now.

The problem with the waiting game is that there is tremendous advantage in being early to the game here (like TGR). Also, there are many other projects (in better jurisdictions) which are coming to fruition over the next couple of years. Timing is everything and so is a strong leadership team, both are sadly lacking here, unfortunately. 🤔

I think we have to face the reality that the current BOD won’t be building a mine … probably never intended too. The nonsense that they are waiting for Blackrock is a ramper’s myth. For those of us in at 3p plus (and with the good sense not to try averaging down) it’s a question of what it can be sold for. I’d be happy to get out square (sometimes you make investing decisions that don’t work out … that’s life).🤷̴5;♂️
