The amount it cost MB was £172k just for his 7.8m warrants and he holds 53m in total.
Not really comparable to two years earnings before TAX!
So it's a bit of a reach to describe it as a free holding!

That's a fantastic idea! Get rid of a director who holds 10% of the company. Someone who purchased his shares, not options. Do you not think he is share holder aligned??

If we can change the BOD out then it's got a good chance. Project is right place right time but needs directors out and bring in people with a pulse! I do think an EGM with a requisition to sack the BOD and bring new people in would be beneficial

Don't count on it, probably a few more misleading statements to come yet. Ask them what happened to the diamond drilling this year, why did they waste more funds clearing the pads ready to do nothing. If they actually cleared the pads at all, you never know with this lot they probably made that up as well.

That's the main reason I invested. I always like to know what phase the moon is at. The finance and progress of this project rely on the vital information the weather station brings!!

Agree. I had a large holding here but sold down to just 1m shares now. It has everything it needs in terms of a project except a management team to deliver it! Such a shame and I am very annoyed with them as many others are too I guess because they have wrecked an extremely good project

#dragon35 completely agree, the outright lies told to investors is disgraceful. Thought I read somewhere that an EGM can be forced with a lower vote now. The only way I can see this recouping money is to remove the board and force the sale of the asset. You’re right, the BOD needs to go. I don’t want to see Matt Bull take a single penny from unearned salary any more.
