The JV has to be registered under Turkish law, if there is any delay there, AAU has no control over that.

MM’s need stock to sell into next leg up to double digits, which will happen, they will play their games and capitalise on presumed uncertainty, shake the tree and some will fall, but they have to shake harder and harder these days and still not got much to show for it. Because we all know where this is going! Hold tight!

I think you could well be right Thanksamillion it appears the MM's could have triggered some stop losses, if so the MM's have some cheap ammo for any share price increases near term

They seem to have no control over the timeline so I agree it is a bit silly to keep making new targets. If it's up to the goverment to sign off we really have no clue when things will be done. If it's the corporate structure surely that would have been done by now?! I'm still 90% sure it's going to happen so i'm not bothered about the moves apart from picking a few more up on the cheap.

This seems to happen every time news is due. You do wonder whether publicising target deadlines then taking rns right to the wire on repeat is hurting. The final 4 or 5 days before every target date seem to give people the wobbles frequently. Logic would suggest that needing the last few days and not updating on a Monday means there is nothing to update I guess.

I say 4.6 but if that fails we are on course for 4.3p. On the other hand... a quck retrace could whisk us back to dreamland.

The drop over the last week has been on no volume. I've been waiting for this drop on the build up to news or now news. Where do you think it could end up if it breaks down Charles? Have powder dry incase an opportunity arises. Either way we will be higher by the end of the year. The uncertainty is killing us at the moment.

Well I've just bought some more. Would prefer JV confirmation but happy to proceed without. Gold and silver prices being what they are, the company will be very well funded for the future.

All those selling now will probably be buying back when news arrives. It happens every time there's a deadline when people start to get nervous. Actually this is the right time to buy imho.

It's this one again, is states 'expected to be', not 'will be':"This transaction will crystallise significant value for the Company and substantially de-risks the deliverability of the Salinbas Project, at an important time in its development. Accordingly, we fully expect shareholders to support the transaction, definitive agreements for which are expected to be concluded by the end of August 2020."So technically there would be no actual delay if not announced by then.
