If t ha it's the case regarding age (joking apart) the deal will speed up shareprice appreciation with a lower cap in my view. Cap is based on current assets obviously if Kerim does the magic with the money who knows what the cap will be??

We need to keep open minds regarding this deal, because, we do not have the details. I admit to having cynical negative feelings about it, but we just have to wait, again difficult for me as i'm the impatient type. I'm to close to the grave to do much soul searching now adays lol

Misconception, you mean all the soul searching and naval gazing over about 500 posts discussing the original RNS has been because we are all so clued up or because shareholders have misconceptions about the deal?

Tricky for them to give out snippets, always open to misconception, best to keep quiet until everything has been hammared out.

They have said end of feb and there's loads to sort out so why give snippets. No doubt if they did some would question why they have elaborated on ABC but not xyz. No they've said end feb I'm happy to wait while whole deal is known.

I agree Charles, some sort of interim update might help with may be the results of the Salinbas drills included.

Approval for what exactly? I think it is about time the company gave us a fleshed-out version of the proposed deal and a summary of progress to date.

I would infer that likely means commence seeking shareholder approval by that date; which could be days/weeks down the line. However, unless the proposed agreement is very contentious shareholder approval would be a formality and have no effect on the share price

As some have said an update on the MoU must be imminent. From the MoU RNS"entering into binding agreements and shareholder approval, no later than the end of February 2020."You would imagine a week after a confirmation RNS (if JV is to proceed) paper work would be sent out. Shareholders would need to be given at least two weeks to return votes and perhaps a week for the company to collate themWith all the positive news flow regarding RR etc I would love to see us holding onto more of the assets but the details of the deal will be keyGood luck all

I still wonder if this new partner, having completed due diligence, might make a bid for the Hot Gold Corridor leaving us with J.V. Red Rabbit, and Kepez, Ivrindi, Kizilcukur, & Cyprus.
Salinbas/Ardale alone has a JORC Indicated & Inferred Resource of 1m ozs and a JORC exploration target of up to 2.7m oz of gold and 16.1 m ozs of silver. Then there is Derinkoy North & Hizarliyayla. Mariana Resources for $170m for their 30% of Hot Maden. WI can't see those sorts of numbers being repeated but how about a more modest 7p or c. $70m for our 100% of the Hot Gold Corridor? More than one way to skin a cat as they say?
Do you buy that they need us and Proccea and it therefore has to be a 3 way partnership. If it is, lets hold out for 33%, not 23.5%.
As so many of you have said perhaps we should just chill and wait for the nitty gritty details once the Agreement is produced and released to shareholders. Patience dear boy!

More importantly, will the Clarets stay up and will Lancashire win the county championship.
Will the share price get to 5p before I retire.
Not much to ask

I've had a flash of inspiration and can now reveal that, according to my crystal ball, AAU, Proccea and our new big engineering partner will be fast tracking Salinbas to become the biggest gold mine in Turkey and one of the largest in Europe. I have no doubt that we, as shareholders, will do very well out of it..

Spot on biggles, to-date no guide to valuation has been officially placed on our free carry, if it were to reach the market I believe sentiment will change for the better. However I also believe that broadcast of such information may be considered sensitive by our proposed new partner.

Don't think people realise salinbas is too big to pursue by company alone. They have said it numerous times let alone with tarsvan. Even if they were to pursue every last penny would have to go into it for many years to come, there would be no payments back to shareholders for years and as such the share would not be attractive to the market for years to come. $56 m for salinbas was estimate years ago I'd expect it to be nearer $100m. If we did do it alone then we would be basically a one trick pony as all income would feed debt for a project which may come to fruition 5-10 years hence. Or you have dividends initial and ongoing say $5m , $25m to develop different projects, income stream $7m from kiziltepe, tarsvan and salinbas funded by debt arranged by new partner. Details need to be finalised but I know in my head which option will benefit shareholders via an increase in shareprice . To a certain extent we've seen the share move since the announcement which backs this up.
