$33.2bn, No Rec), Ariana is funding generative exploration in Eastern Turkey. Based on
this work, Ariana, through its wholly owned subsidiary (Galata Mineral Madencilik San. ve
Tic. A.S) was recently awarded the three exploration licences that make up the Gulluce
Project in Eastern Turkey (Figure 12).
Eastern Turkey hosts >40Moz of gold but remains underexplored. Ariana is targeting part
of the metallogenic belt known to host Au-Cu porphyry and high-sulphidation deposits,
including SSR Mining’s Copler 11.3Moz gold mine, and Koza Gold Corporation’s Mollakara
3Moz gold project.

No not sold any recently.
I got down to about one and half million from a sleep disturbing amount at the end of 2020, and have just been building up to about half my previous holding on recent weaknesses. Have traded on occasions. I was quite a latecomer to AAU, first ever deal was in 2016 and my ever expanding AAU spreadsheet shows an overall acquisition price of half a penny. I like the company and some members of the board, but it does frustrate *@£! out me!

Shouldn't the Co make it their business to find out what is going and try and proactively manage such a situation with their brokers. Or is that asking too much?

They originally had 17.2m (RNS of 24th February 2020). There has been talk of modest sales a couple of times and then an RNS on 07/02/23 said 2.2m had been sold (average of 4.25p). So my 11.3m is a guesstimate.

I try and track SVE holdings. I reckon 11.3m AAU and more importantly 78.2m GGP. NAV/share of the portfolio approx 10.3p.

I do not see SVE on the website under shareholders?Integrated Financial Arrangements have 3.51 percent?

He died two or three years ago and SVE shareprice on its backside so they may be sellers. Don't know his beneficiaries ownership of SVE so could be no one owner of more than 3% therefore no need to declare.

Gold exploration and development company Ariana Resources PLC said it was notified that R Bruce Rowan holds 24.4 million shares in the company. Together with the holding of Starvest PLC, a company of which he is chairman and CEO, Rowan is interested in a total of 40.856 million Ariana shares, or 28.72 percent of the issued capital.
