I hold all my 16 million AAU shares in mine and my wife’s ISAs. No tax on the divis.
Edit: Unless some political party see ISAs as a cash cow.

Whilst I realise that exploration and subsequent mining is a game of patience I never thought 15 years ago that it would take as long as this this to recover my initial investment. My subsequent purchases run into a few hundreds of thousands of pounds so it would be really great if all of a sudden the market woke up to the potential of this ultra cautiously-run gem of a company and its assets. The divi was a nice surprise and probably a hint of what is to come. I can't think of a better incentive to buy a share these days than a good, regular dividend. The only thing better would be a sale of a valuable asset or two, imho.

bigglesbingham, you say in post 19556, 'All good things come to he who waits'. Really?! I waited 18 years for Torotrak to come good and they went into Administration. That, along with my personal hefty 6 figure loss most definitely was not a good thing for me. Seriously though, I am hoping for a significant price uplift for AAU from these lowly levels before the end of the year. Gla.
