soul - they will get news out to us as soon as they get them. they are not in driving seat where all happens.... how can you not see that. nothing to blame them. i am sure they are not sitting on the official news they officially got.

are we paid in shares or cash for our services in the JV in Turkey. how much ... I asked many times...

which projects AAU superb team works on ... and how much do they get paid from certain 3rd party.

3rd partied all hand picked by board, so I don't have a problem with this, how long would it take to build a team with the experience and skill set of those third parties, all of which are using AAU tech and knowledge to progress their own projects, services paid for via share allotments, great way to build positions, best use of partnership cash etc. can't knock it.

Down 4% with no tades! Are MM's reading this board?? Anyone selling at this level must have one hell of a tip elsewhere, or they just need too, or believe they are cutting their losses and going lower! Sentiment at all time low, when prospects are at an all time high! LTH's spent up, or disillusioned, no new investors, price slides on small volume. Testing the faith of many, this will at some point, provide new entry point for bagin hunters, but even these need to know where to look, treasure hunting helps when you have a map, come on guys get a map out. ?

I think you are right kaos.
The strategy is such now that Ariana are in charge of very little as pretty much everything is dependent on 3rd parties.
However that should not affect getting assays out, which we were told the backlog had cleared and things would be moving quicker with regard to Salinbas.

most cant see what i see /so i must be wrong/. it is not communication - that is lately ok with me. it is about the strategy - whichh BB agrees with and I do not in some parts. it seems to me he is ok with the BOD composition as well. I think some skills could be added.

until strategy changes nothing much will change. communication is superb lately - thanks to BB. and if we hear it all with all the communication 100 honest and daily - what will change. nothing much - as we can see after the almost perfect communication improvement.

they are respectfull to the shareholders - specially lately. they respond and change and organise sessions.
KS came out of OZ etc etc

and - nothing...


they are doing their jobs in a very professional manner. i can not find anything wrong. only praise from myself.

It is not that long ago that you went down this road before, having to communicate your (and shareholders) dissatisfaction at how the company was operating, particularly towards communication.
As a result of that a Q&A was arranged with many shareholders submitting questions.
Many shareholders came away from that thinking things had changed and things would be better from thereon.
However he we are a relatively short while later and you are having to do the same again as it seems Kerim & MdV just paid lip service to those questions, but also paid lip service to you as a 4%+ holder which is a concern.

I wasn't convinced anything would have changed at the time and I am not convinced your efforts will change anything this time, although I thank you for your trying.
There is a real reluctance to engage and I can not understand why but I feel more and more people are walking away and have had enough as it literally feels like you are banging your head against a brick wall and with valuations low some will be seeing a better home for their money.
I am not sure if it is Kerim or MdV or both but I totally agree with Xow's sentiment above.

The only positive I can find on the three year chart is to flip it upside-down! Just turned from one of my great expectations to something of a disaster. Not least the expected near-term projects appear to have been quietly forgotten.News please AAU!!!!

Thanks Biggles for your ongoing efforts to improve communication.

In my view we need a market savvy Chairman who would not be afraid to drive KS harder.

MdV and KS have been together for too long and given the skill sets, I am sure that KS is in the driving seat. Not sure what skill set MdV brings that we cannot find elsewhere that would not be more commercially minded, market sensitive and communicative. In my opinion, MdV comes across in all the presentations as surly and not open to suggestion.

With two Brokers and a PR/communications Co. all supposedly near the top of their game, you would think that they could position Ariana as a well recognised Co. of potential.

I have to give them time after an exceptionally Frank email, more Frank than perhaps even soul would have given. Let's see the outcome. The email went to each board member direct not via third party so they absolutely know how disgruntled people here on this board are on the way shareholders are perceived to be viewed. I honestly don't think it's their intention but marketing promotion etc is not their skill set and once they allocate this to a third party they are very loyal , too loyal in my opinion . We have a second broker can't be as bad a Panmure gordon , at YJ we've got a new account manager ex ADVFN , so hopefully things will be taken on board. But they are needed making aware and I have done directly. Again I reiterate I understand strategy and operationally ran very well. Don't understand lack of assay results salinbas and look forward to tarsvan being resolved.

1. imho BB did a huge job and it shows in improved communication. can not be much better
2. I would like to talk to KSs dad /i owe him my aau/ and seek his opinion on the present situation
3. not one person to blame for the situation. lack of certain needed skills in the team and adequate hierarchy is the cause imho

Well Biggles you have a notifiable interest here and it still feels like they're giving you short-shrift, if only because nothing seems to change. Having said that, (and maybe it's just me) but a lot of companies seem to have little regard for shareholders.

I think shareholders have shown more patience here than they would show any other company and by a big margin.
Unfortunately that patience is not rewarded in any way shape or form and there is a reluctance by the BoD to sell the company in any way or attempt to support the share price.
It's not good enough just to say value will out, that just keeps kicking the can down the road.
We have a joint broker now but has anyone seen any promotion from them? Have I missed it? If not why not?

Can't see it , in effect you are saying the directors who combined own 10% as wanting the price to fall . I think it's just they have confidence in what they are doing and the shareprice will value out but they do appear to have different timescales. Although I can't believe MDV is not looking sooner rather than later. Its about patience but it's difficult to look at at times .

As you are aware I've expressed my dissatisfaction to the company regarding shareholders not appearing to be on the boards agenda re stale presentations, website, usual phsycophantic interviews etc. The founder of yellow jersey who are a foil for the board said my dissatisfaction is on the agenda for a meeting of the board. I got a holding email regarding company confident will value out, directors are major shareholders, website constantly reviewed , one rns a week on average , investor meetings etc. my email was very direct saying we need new blood at board level and marketing. We can only see if it improves . I also reiterate I believe in the operations aspects of company and strategy it's just getting the message across to new and some existing investor which is lacking unfortunately it's a big aspect. YJ did win ADVFN promoter of year, all I can say it's not for Ariana.

If everyone here laid their cards on the table and declared their holdings, would it be that difficult to form a shareholders action group? There must be some quite large holders here and every share adds up.

It's quite common in the US for holders to get together and force change by the BOD if they are unhappy with the way the company is run - after all at the end of the day we own it.

I presume it would have to be a legal entity, not sure on that score, but if anyone has any knowledge of it I'd be interested in taking part.

I think we are are in the situation where we have some very precious assets and massive potential that isn't being appreciated firstly by the market, and secondly by the BOD in their day-to-day running of things.

It's a valid point but my belief is if they strike big leopard they will sell. Yes there is a chance of gov intervening after a large strike at leopard but major part of company wouldn't be affected. I think they would sell any major find but I do believe it will be major.
