and now I am even more convinced - JV was done also because of the Turkeys political and social structure

I am living in (ex) Yugoslavia for my whole life and I can smell the coffee - because I know the smell

Kerim has lived and worked remotely since the start of the pandemic. It looks like he handed over day to day operations to the drilling Geo's some time ago (under the corporate eye of MdV) as they know how to run things pretty nicely so I'd rather imagine Kerim will be doing his presentation as a symbolic figurehead rather than at the heart of the operation as he used to be. If I had to choose one person who has contributed more to actual mining over the past 2 years I would choose Zak. He's the person to talk to.

I stick to my comments that if the drop is due to a seller and not instigated by something linked to adverse corporate news then it represents a buying opportunity although it does take cash and a strong nerve to take advantage.

Chart says the share price has or may be testing the bottom of the channel and RSI is also at minimum. So we may be due a bounce soon

aren't placings usually dilutive to existing holders because they are priced at a discount to prevailing share price to tempt people in, so as to get the placing away successfully?
its good not to have placings and also good not to have equity financing.

Paraphrasing your comment on brokers notes, what you are actually saying is that since the company has a nice nest egg to work with at the moment, they really don't have to give a xxxx for the shareholders or the share price since no new money will need to be raised for the time being.

Perhaps some would-be investors have come to a similar conclusion.

KM was quizzed in an interview a while back re getting more institutions onto the register, and if I recall correctly he said if/when it happened it would be through a placing. It struck me as the first time I'd heard him acknowledge that it would have to happen as part of a placement, and that he was open to it, but it was still a bit of an overall wooly reply he gave, so who really knows.

Releasing a broker note would be pointless - the company doesn't need any publicity for several reasons; mainly because they don't need a higher share price. They and we are sitting pretty with soon to be regular dividends, profitable mining will fund the company for years to come, so imo they won't need to raise cash by placings, only bank loans for major projects. The share price will rise gradually as the market sees additional assets being developed and the cash flowing into the company. There will be dips when shareholders get bored by lack of action but conversely the price will jump when we get the good news. I can't wait to read news of Salinbas as I believe it will address most of the issues here.

Didn't he say they were working on a brokers note. As others have said they're probably keeping it back for Venus and LOM at Kiziltepe and Tavshan but I'm not sure that's wise anymore!Get it out now and 'flash' upgrade it for each new release of importance!!

What I'd like to hear from KS is what his strategy is to attract new investors. We've heard why he WON'T be doing the obvious and arranging a broker note, so it's time we heard what he WILL do to get us out of the current loop of selling supported by long term holders topping up on repeat, a timeline and expected outcome would be nice in that.

I had a couple nibbles too . With .375 p dividend next year if makes it less than 4p ie less than £40m and with approx 1/3 to 1/2 that in cash it's ridiculously cheap.
