My definition of dilution is when funds are raised that don't reflect or lead to added value for the company. I am talking about fund raisings that are made purely to keep the company afloat, to pay director salaries; those for development of assets for the future prosperity of the company. I admit the financial path taken by the company has been rocky and lenders haven't been kind to shareholders but I could never accuse the bod of raising money to serve themselves. Therefore Inc there has been minimal dilution here.

That dilution got the company to where it is today. Never nice though. Plus side is there is unlikely to be much dilution here for foreseeable future

some people tend to the positive, some people tend to the negative, coloured by individual circumstances and personal views and objectives for investing.

sensible posts from both sides add value, boards without are poorer for it.

please do reconsider jaf.

Well, then I shall say goodbye to this board for a while.

Whatever it is Jaf, at this important stage of the companies development and for the crucial direction of the share price over the coming days/weeks/months, it would be prudent to be more optimistic- with very good reasons to be. It is not only current shareholders who write/read this forum.

Biggles,

You call it negative - I call it cautious.

If there hadn't been the dilution we would probably not be here now, it kept the company afloat.

"That's £50m to £500, Market Cap.
A 50p share price."

A £15 share price if there hadn't been such relentless dilution.

Thought this tweet was interesting. Shows share prices of 16 miners 2 years before production and 1 year after. Provided we don't have more delays we will fall into the two year bracket with Tavsanhttps://twitter.com/ronalds_aucu/status/1416133573392863237?s=21

Already put out a positive word on Chf.

I currently have a deeply suspicious mind about our (Kerims) relationship with PG. Anyone who doesn't fulfil any of their remit and goes unpunished makes me suspicious that it suits said person but I don't know why.

Kerim isn't as negative as you are JAF and a positive mental attitude goes a long way in realising ones goals

The gold price will be the biggest catalyst imo.
And maybe a broker note with a vastly improved valuation (if we should ever be lucky enough to get one).
According to pranchalee on Chf the PG guy has had a site visit to Cyprus. I can't think he would be in Cyprus and not visited our work.........then again 🙄
But if they haven't then why?

From the reaction of the market to the various excellent drilling results we have had in the last few months, I cannot see that anything other than production figures will have the big effect so it might be down to Tasvan.

I wonder what single event is likely to influence the share price the most. Salinbas drilling results, Tasvan production, Kiziltepe resource upgrade or maybe something else?

I had a stated vision which was to become a millionaire before I was 30. That didn't turn out so well either.

The Co's stated vision.
Worth keeping these comments from Kerim in mind. He made them earlier this year.
"develop the company strategy to target a further ten-fold multiplication in market capitalisation within the next decade".
That's £50m to £500, Market Cap.
A 50p share price.

Now the divvy has been chopped and hacked it is not worth buying to take the risk of any fall.
Some may say it is all relative but at 0.7 or the 0.85 we thought we might get it was worth buying more.
The spread isn't helping tempt anyone in for the divvy either.

I accept that it means different things to different people. To me, there is very little difference in holding, for example, 500 shares at 10p each or 1000 shares at 5p each. If the dividend allows me to buy more shares but the overall value of my holding stays the same, it is of little value to me.But other people may look at it differently.

I think any fall will be on the record date next week Charles not when the money is actually paid.

I will wait and see how the price reacts after the dividend is paid. If it drops significantly then I will increase my holding. If it doesn't I will be happy to hold what I have and wait for further developments in Turkey, Cyprus and Eastern Europe. These are currently safe jurisdictions and considering the risk elsewhere offer a better investment than moving to lesser known alternatives imho.
