i3 Energy court case day after AAU - Statement of Capital dated 6 July at Co's House.

RNS today

The court order cancelling i3 Energy's share premium account and the associated court approved statement of capital has been registered by the Registrar of Companies. Therefore i3 Energy is now able to confirm the following for its special dividend:

Net Dividend: 0.16 pence/share
Ex-Dividend date: 15th July
Record Date: 16th July
Payment Date: 6th August

No statement of Capital registered at Co's House for AAU yet.

An excellent set of results from Kokkinoyia. Can't complain about the level of detail either. Unfortunately theres still an air of mystery surrounding the special Divi.

My view with Venus is they will do the research exploration then wrap it up in a nice bow for the Chinese to buy and crystallise value for shareholders. I think this will be the pattern moving forward. Tarsvan and Kizeltepe will be the cash cow to fund these value accretive projects which is Kerims forte.

Venus will be cheap to do , dilute the partner down to a small pct free carry, it will be an oxide heap leach dirt cheap for the gold and floatation later for the copper....

In the medium term I see Venus as eventually being sold to someone with the finances to get the copper and other deposits out - once it confirmed how much there is. Venus will never have the financial clout to do the mining.
