Just the NINE (9) references to "significant" in that RNS...

(Plus one "massive")

We already have a very sizeable resource in Cyprus that is in no way valued in the market cap and now more excellent results.
Time to crank up the PR machine and that includes you Panmure Gordon. Put a value on it.

Can you please share your views on the JV MO -

will we get (contractual taken care)
1. information on the regular basis
2. part of the cash flow as the "regular divi" to the AAU parent

No one answered my concerns yet - so what do you think

TIA

Renniks - you are buying and you KNOW - not guess. On several occasions. So for me you are a swiss banker jumping out of the window. I blindly follow.

I know you do not know for real

So Kerim confirms we have a VMS!

What is a VMS Deposit?
Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide (VMS) deposits are one of the richest sources of metals such as copper, lead, and zinc globally. VMS deposits can also produce economic amounts of gold and silver as by products of mining these deposits.

This really is significant!!-- Gold confirmed to be a significant component of the Kokkinoyia deposit, with an average grade of the mineralised zone returning 128.77m @ 0.5% Cu + 0.55g/t Au.

The best bit about this GOLD CONFIRMED AT KOKKINOYIA SECTOR, CYPRUS RNS is

''We are looking forward to accelerating our earn-in on Venus accordingly."

Turkey is the bread and butter but we only own 23.5%. Salinbas and Tasvan will be great eventually but Ozaltin aren't dynamic enough to get excited about these yet.

Getting Venus ownership up to 50% and hopefully 100% is where the real action is and imo should be our main focus. Excellent news.

All down to timing of the info . And sentiment can change at the drop of a hat . Just very happy with long term prospects. Saying that I was when price was 0.7p. It's delivered so far and don't see any reason why it won't moving forward barring anything left field.

That's my thinking Charles. I won't be selling any but the divvy will come in handy elsewhere.

Soul - I'm with your thinking on this. The dividend will come in very handy for some things I have been putting off whilst waiting for the company to be promoted properly. There is too much potential in the pipeline for me to sell. However, if there is nothing new happening I will take the divi, batten down the hatches, just sit on my holding and just wait for Tavsan, Kizzy, Salinas, Cyprus and eastern European developments

I am not currently looking to re-invest, but not going to sell any ether.... All depends on whether an opportunity presents itself - if it's oversold or looks too cheap I will of course add again in future ;). Time will tell

I will reinvest, you guys that are overexposed - probably because the company has done you proud so far - right?

As it's a maiden (special) dividend and as we know the PR here is very poor. I question how much the market is aware of it already and hence how much is already built into the price. Once it's announced I wouldn't be surprised to see people / traders take a position in the run up to XD date which I could see pushing to price up close to the full dividend amount circa 1p. I imagine it would then be these traders or those who believe the price is overvalued that will sell.As Biggles also points out there will also be those that reinvest that hopefully will add some counter pressure.Just my idea of how it could play out

I'm with you on this, soul. Without a demonstrable change in the company's PR attitude (which hopefully is starting to get better), I feel that I am already over-exposed to this company.

I won't reinvest. I'm not selling AAU currently, but as the divi is essentially the same as doing so, I'll simply reinvest it elsewhere.

I agree soulsauce- that is what is needed as I mentioned earlier. They have got to excite investors with their developing strategy so they are enticed to reinvest their dividend back into the Co. It would be silly not to put this payout into the broader context of their value accretive strategy. Perhaps also part of the Annual Report release.

You could be right bigglesbingham but I think you might be over playing the buy using the divvy position.
As things stand I am not sure I will do. Hopefully a change in how the company and broker operates might persuade me before then.

I don't agree my view would be to give dividend as a large payout which is meaningful and then some will reinvest increasing demand and shareprice. When divis are small they usually are used spend hence shareprice falls . I think effect on shareprice of large dividend will surprise you especially if it coincides with reasons to reinvest like info on Cyprus salinbas tarsvan and other investment opportunities which have been alluded to. My only concern is the PR and marketing side of the company ain't shown itself to be too savvy to date let's hope they take note of these boards and time rnss appropriately within statutory time limits obviously
