26/11/2019 08:49 | fantastic entry price now. | someuwin
26/11/2019 08:48 | Plenty of buys going on | mad foetus
26/11/2019 08:46 | Back to 2.3p on the bid, ridiculous!! | soulsauce
26/11/2019 08:39 | You really couldn't make this up could you! Back where we were a few weeks ago despite such transformational news. Lemmings have their place when you can herd them in the right direction but i find they're such fickle creatures that I prefer to stay clear of them. | nov31
26/11/2019 08:34 | Disappointing start.. Shaking a few more off but was hoping for a push towards 3p today. | kirbs4
26/11/2019 08:19 | In my experience buy backs on these companies just encourage people to sell with no resultant uplift in price. A special dividend would be my preferred route. | jc2706
26/11/2019 08:17 | Bigglesbingham, It would help if it was the company that stated it! | jc2706
26/11/2019 08:10 | Where can we see the SETS trades? | shortarm
26/11/2019 08:06 | Market cap is currently £28m the amount of cash being returned £23m. They retain 23.5% of kiziltepe and salinbas with big hitters doing all development and financing. They are left to do what they do best find gold which can be developed quicker by the big hitting conglomerate . Salinbas comes off similar to hot maden then their share could still be $50-$100m but they will realise it years quicker due to this deal (if gold is as they suspect). Something succinct like that?? | bigglesbingham
26/11/2019 08:05 | Interesting to see how this progresses. Will the MOU catch the attention of other players who might want a seat at the table and/or will our partner buy stock in the market to protect his position going forward. Either way, undervalued with what we know. | loafofbread
26/11/2019 08:05 | 1 v 1 from 1 v 2 | mirabeau
26/11/2019 07:54 | Whilst the deal appears to be excellent, some simplification to a market that tends to only pay cursory interest to any news would be welcome. It is the ultimate outcome and the comparison to the current market capitalisation that is important and perhaps the most important part of that is that there is a significant amount of cash included. This needs to be simply stated. Paying out a special dividend would be very positive as well - ultimately AIM has become all about cash and how it is returned. All in all it looks to be a very positive deal and shows just how undervalued this has been relative to its assets. This is the case across a lot of miners across the market. | jc2706
26/11/2019 07:49 | Should be interesting day today | bigglesbingham
26/11/2019 00:03 | Interesting that Kizilcukur isn't part of the proposed JV. My understanding is that it was going to be brought into Zenit so they could use the RR processing plant perhaps this will still happen... or now AAU could afford the estimated $20m capex to get Kizilcukur into production.Getting $5m and a free carry on Salinbas sounds good letting the new partner pay estimated $54m (Proccea contribution TBC) to get to production while AAU keeps 23.5% | d1g3y
25/11/2019 23:14 | My thoughts too bigglesbingham and mcmather. | soulsauce
25/11/2019 22:58 | They will be ramping up everything imho development and production . | bigglesbingham
25/11/2019 22:51 | I'm surmising that the new partner isn't short of a bob or two but wouldn't be surprised if they wanted Kiziltepe production ramped up and pronto, once signed up. | mcmather
25/11/2019 22:45 | I agree some buys some sells but when market realises £23m cash then 23.5% of profits and exploration assets etc etc it will easily surpass 4p | bigglesbingham
25/11/2019 22:43 | Thanks, of course if they are delayed buys that could be really interesting | cbeadle
25/11/2019 22:01 | Think it hard to tell if they are sells, could easily be delayed buys. | soulsauce
25/11/2019 21:56 | I was just going to post along these lines. Will be an interesting day, we've either got through the sellers or the buyers today. I would like to think we've got through the sellers and that larger potential buyers will catch up after reviewing the day.. But im just speculating. | kirbs4
25/11/2019 21:53 | A lot of selling at the end of the trading day, I don’t know if that might hold the price back tomorrow?! | cbeadle
25/11/2019 21:45 | Yes my three main question plus who are the partner and what safeguards will there be for a minority shareholder . | bigglesbingham
25/11/2019 21:44 | That was and will be funded by debt . I get the impression they are really keen to explore other regions such as Cyprus and concentrate on what they are good at - finding gold. Now they will have the muscle power to develop finds and concentrate finding a lot more knowing they will get 23.5% of the profits while leaving procea and partner to do what they do best! Nice logical synergies here short term 5p less div longer term scope for significant increase. May go beyond 5p if it's marketed correctly. (So based on previous promotion 5p it is ha ha ) | bigglesbingham
25/11/2019 21:40 | So essential questions raised by the RNS: 1. How far does the free carry go? 2. What do Proccea stump up for their 23.5% of Salinbas? 3. Approx how much is ear marked for a special divi? | temujiin |
