Ha ha I try not to disappoint. He is a geologist and is Ceo and finds gold. If he's not a Martin french from chf who spent ages on last Rbs bulling up company to slip in assays are only going to be looked at in November due to delays then I will settle for straight factual geologist. Investor read through bullsht.

As I have said before, it is perception. Today's RNS sounded to me like something written by a geologist, not a CEO.

Please keep buying - someone has to !

JAF he's running a company why do you think they are investing what you are suggesting is they are investing without regard for bottom line which is bonkers. KS expertise is exploration this is an exploration play with some excellent drill results already see panther rns. Anyway it's been good to add at these prices.

No one could hold him to that if it is sufficiently vaguely worded, but it would show the market that Ariana is working towards improving the bottom line, not just doing projects that it fancies (as I alluded to yesterday).

How can you do that when it's a punt albeit an educated punt on a exploration mining company so this time you need to get in real world.

OK, shoot me down but if a last sentence in this morning's RNS has said something like 'It is hoped that today's announcement will contribute $x to the bottom line by 202z' then the share price movement today would have been more likely in an upward direction rather that the downward direction that it is now looking like taking.

IMO, another missed opportunity.

My take is that the percentage of the Panther Metals Limited owned by AAU will be 2.81%

This is from the 1.5 million shares (on the assumption AAU only get the 0.25million at the IPO - they say at least in the RNS)
the total number of shares in the company is given in the presentation of 9th July 2021 of Panther Metals plc available on their web site is 53.38million (28.38 pre ipo and 25m in IPO)

I initially thought Cyprus would be sold off early. However if one of the drivers of the new JV was to reduce exposure to Turkey perhaps Cyprus could be a medium to longer term project

I make it 10%.

Calculation.

from OPERATIONAL AND FINANCIAL REVIEW (PANTHER)

FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 30 JUNE 2021

Seeding issue

300,000AUD reduces Panther stake by aprox 10%.

AAU to obtain 250,000AUD worth from consultancy and 50,000 AUD from further subscription.

We all have inbuilt cynicism from previous experience which is no bad thing but just read panther news which gives a lot of info on PML projects and some cracking grades within their licence. The think is a lot of their license has not been exploited due to a vaneer I'm curious as to whether new technology used by Aau will aid them here or indeed already has.

Yeah, sure, just the way it reads reminds me of prior experience with dodgy directors.

The way I read it is the money is for effectively a new venture and based on KS eye for finding gold and his closeness to this project I don't see it as propping up at all? It's natural to invest in something you really know about rather than something you have only scratched surface. Similar to me investing in Aau compared to many other investments I know nothing about. Diversity is still important however.

From KS email he's on hols till next week so interviews will probably come next week I hoping for some other news as well. Adding at this price is a dream. Interesting to note that MDV specifically mentioned divest jurisdiction which they dramatically did by reducing their Turkish holding and converting to cash. This is going to be the theme moving forward in my opinion. Just reading a David Baldacci novel from years ago called camel club mentioning a country reducing foreign ownership of assets to less than 50% it struck a chord with me and I think KS could have pulled a blinder here with the ozaltin deal once Turkey start to recover monies (as all countries must do) post COVID. Their ownership under 25%.

I have experience of a director of two companies using one company's funds to prop up the other. I hope Kerim Sener is not another Jim Mellon.

And still very little in the form of buying so still no real divvy reinvestment.

To be fair I didn't expect that news would. Long overdue news from our own projects is what is needed.
