There seamed to be a lot of stock available Friday, so I do not think there will be much of an issue for those who were late receiving payment. I picked up 650K Friday morning at a fraction below bid price. Whilst share price moved up during day soon came back down with one relatively small sell. BUT, in saying that, the biggest issue will be news, and if we get any early this week, that could trigger a significant move up, and this, in association with even a small amount of re-investment demand could go quickly. Sentiment, I believe is changing in PM's with lots of chatter about this being a good entry or re-entry point.

On the back of this view, I put back 50% here, and 25% in both #PALM & #SAND let the show begin!

Divi received, my biggest ever, the first time I have seen the merit of investing at grassroots and holding long term for the dividend and growth. All in my ISA so tax free, if we do ten bag in ten years this is my pension, I do feel lucky to have found AAU and stuck with it as I had no clue what I was doing back then! I will be putting 80% back in here in the week hopefully before the news flow kicks in.Good luck all, it might not be the most exciting share sometimes but the returns are good and the ride is steady.

It seems there are still lots waiting to be in a position to reinvest their dividend. Let the good times continue to roll. Good luck to all of you trying to get the best price. I must say it doesn't seem that fair. Luck of the draw who gets their dividend first.

I think the Starvest no. is correct. I agree Eldorado might look at their holding differently. But still lots of cash lying around ready to be reinvested hopefully

I think Starvest said they had reduced their holding in one of their rnss and eldorado aren't investors their 3% was by circumstance. I've been buying ahead of dividend knowing finances will be replenished. Will see how land lies next week when money received. Will reiterate I think the company is in strongest position ever. There has been much talk recently about slow and steady but I'm expecting good Cyprus results and very hopeful re salinbas

Are the interims due next week ? - interesting to see what the cash balance is. And hurry up and bloody spend it! The Kosovo purchase would have made no dent at all.

Lots of news is overdue IMHO, when that arrives, starting I hope next week, it will set off the buying and hopefully current shareholders who haven't decided on what to do with the cash will be emboldened.

How will the big shareholders deal with this? Will they reinvest? Starvest (1.5%) Eldorado Gold Corp (2.62%)Carol Rowan (1.48%) Proccea Construction (1.5%) The Directors (8.99%) and other big individual holders? Still plenty of time to see how this translates into more buying.

Why would there be ? There is no more news than there was yesterday and many people would not have been able to spend their dividend even if they had plans to do so.

Hopefully next week some more may decided to reinvest but I'm not counting on it.
