Morning guys, thanks for the conversation here to fill the time.I've spoken to Beril this morning and although she can't confirm anything obviously the message to relay was everything is still moving in the right direction things just take time. She referred me to the timescale of the first JV with Proccea which took 9 months with 2 partners and no Covid issues. She mentioned shareholder approval being one of the last hurdles so it sounds as everything is on course the pace on things is frustrating for all but unfortunately that is just the nature of the beast. We will be getting the JV it's just box ticking from what I could take from the conversation hold firm!

I don't follow charts, as for the share price retreating to 4p here, I just don't see it, the delay in the JV announcement has stalled the upward share price trajectory but it can kick off again once we have all the details.

Well it is certainly looking like next week could be a blockbuster week for Ariana with perhaps more than one important RNS due. Fingers crossed. Take your positions as they say.

This might be of interest - posted by a long standing blogger on his CHIP thread.AAU showing nice low P/E's but given transformational change that is coming, this is going to be quickly rendered obsolete. I've not checked the numbers but interesting to see what is being said about us! P/E's on there own aren't that helpful imo.I have made up the following table of forecast PE's from SharePad. Thought it might be a handy reference for PM and polymetalic stocks for those who visit this board. Clearly we cannot know the detail of how these forecasts were derived or how future metal pricing may alter them.EPIC ... 2020 .. 2021 .. 2022 . Stock NameHUM ..... 4.0 ... 2.8 ... 2.8 . I guess and hope Rennicks responds as I love his intuition on buying

I have only chosen to join the chat today and with work commitments it’s certainly harder to contribute than just read

No selling for me

With the Arzu South Vein having been mined out (unless we go underground)it is interesting to look at what it looked like before mining I see there is a picture published in Mining Journal March 2009 Page 20 if anyone is interested. Not sure if we are allowed to post links, but I found the journal is on Kefi Minerals web site. It is an article written by Kerim. That's enough historical stuff let me get back to waiting for the future....

Rennix , usually when posters suddenly stop in my experience they have sold or are selling and feel guilty posting usual stuff. I'd say well spotted

one more Q - what has happened to renmix (can exactly spell his name unfortunately) - he was buying big each time - and then suddenly "puf" gone - must be % holder as well

Thanks BB, just means if I see there is an RNS it may be worth looking at rather than thinking "Oh that must be BB's" and carry on my way without looking at the details.......
I had seen the 500,000 sale just before it and wondered why we ticked up at or just after that point. Often some of the larger transactions are on the Aquis exchange which some people seem unaware of.
On a separate matter do any of the very long term holders remember when the RNS used to advise that shares were being issued to pay various expenses in the past, many years ago, some I recall (possibly incorrectly) for legal costs and drilling / analysis work? Ah the old days.......

You do not listen BB - I said chart has been telling different story then the narrative!!

that is all

good chart yes - but I was not commenting on good or bad chart.

I said discrepances

I said TA works - to my surprise

and that is not pessimistic I think. No jumping needed - I hope for the best as we are in the same wagon after all.

But the price has increased 4 fold from 1.17 on the 19th October 2018 to 5.2p today. Is that a bad chart? I've no intention of being argumentative I just like the chart.

take the local debt financing by our JV partner - 15 % + going rate to finance the mine. and equipment is foreign made - FX needed - at what official price will FX rate be set?

as gold is money also the gold price can be set in fair lira by the government. like fair FX rate.

adding it all together - it can be very interesting cost calculation

you really pulled me out heh heh

Just thoughts needing an answer - not saying anything pessimistic at all

In 2019 I believe the Turkish debt to GDP was 31%. Not that dissimilar to Germany the strongest financial nation in Europe.Ours is currently close to 100% I believe. Obviously Turkey's and Germany's has since deteriorated somewhat due to Covid but nothing like ours. Turkey has massive gold & silver assets and has been accumulating those for sometime. We on the other hand sold most of ours and have never really even attempted to rebuild those reserves. I know this information is based on what you read so might be worth checking but I'm pretty sure it isn't far wrong.
