03/11/2020 16:33 | I was thinking the same Soul - surprising really. And the cash is still rolling into the JV. And sometime soon we will receive a bundle of cash and a pipeline of projects ready to delvier at pace. | ![]() ironstorm
03/11/2020 16:14 | FYI, the 4.94p transactions are buys. | ![]() jaf1948
03/11/2020 16:11 | I'm a Trump supporter. Sorry but please don't assume we all want Sleepy Jo Biden. | ![]() plasybryn
03/11/2020 15:58 | With gold firmly back above $1900 it's a shame to see this back in the red ☹ | ![]() soulsauce
03/11/2020 13:47 | Bank of England are having a policy meeting on Thursday, economists are expecting another £100bn of bond buying. Should be seeing a strong performance for gold at the end of this week and going into next. | bonehanmer
03/11/2020 11:46 | Just picked up another 20k i have the faith all will work out just fine | ![]() jd 1965
03/11/2020 11:02 | Certainly lost our positivity here. Hoping for news on Salinbas soon to get some interest going again. Hopefully Biden gets in quickly and fires off some huge stimulus then we will be back up and running. I feel like we all have JV fatigue along with the bloody Covid fatigue. Positives are just around the corner on at least one of those! | ![]() lottsgold
02/11/2020 12:55 | Good to see us back even in the current market. | ![]() soulsauce
02/11/2020 10:28 | 450k at 4.9 was a buy, not a sell. | ![]() temujiin
02/11/2020 10:24 | I think we've bottomed for now and good news will take us off the bottom - but I'm afraid I agree with corrientes - all will go down with a major market wobble - AIM companies more than others . Actual cash in hand from the jv will certainly be a shield of sorts. | ![]() actonovator
02/11/2020 10:08 | Yes, every gold explorer will be in receipt of $36,000,000 soon and will pay a dividend of circa 15% to shareholders plus have a soon to be expanded Gold mine throwing off shed loads of profit plus be sitting on top of a Copper resource in Cyprus just as world demand for renewables that needs copper comes about. Yep, every little company has that :-) | 1candc
02/11/2020 09:54 | Nothing so special about this company that it shouldn't go down with the others. Of course this one's prospects are sooooooooooo much better and unique ; a statement to be repeated by every tiddly company, ad infinitum. When the market decides to move back up again, so will this one, and any future company announcements will be subordinate to the general market conditions. | ![]() corrientes
02/11/2020 09:52 | amunro, In my opinion, Ariana have made two elementary errors in the past few weeks - first, they gave a commitment to a date for signing the JV over which they did not have total control and secondly, there were some director share transactions which were open to misinterpretation. Ariana is, and has been, a very successful company and I have total confidence that it will continue to be successful into the future. The market, however, is unforgiving of any errors so there may be a few bumpy weeks ahead. | ![]() jaf1948
02/11/2020 09:48 | This retracement alters the timeline for a potential resumption of "normal service up to 9p by March. Usual TA warnings apply however, as only speculating. Providing it doesnt go any lower we will end the day having not gone as low as Friday. Click on a chart and select "candlesticks" to see. I will be staying here for a few years yet, as I see tremendous potential from Salinbas and also Cyprus once the drilling results come in. | ![]() thanksamillion
02/11/2020 09:45 | I must admit I find the AAU share price drop a bit odd as its normally a very stable share. Do we think selling out to Özaltin makes people think less gold income to AAU? Also the sudden interest in developing Cyprus could be a move away from reliance on the Turkish operation? This is not an attempt to bash; just interested in others opinions. | ![]() amunro
02/11/2020 09:44 | There is no doubt that Fridays inept handling of the JV RNS dealt a serious blow to sentiment here and left many seething at the cavalier way the share holders were treated but we can move on from there. The news was good, the JV is on, a dividend will come and we are making solid progress on many developments while raking in profits from our working soon to be expanded gold mining process. | 1candc
02/11/2020 09:36 | That is the problem: where is bottom and do you think it has been reached yet? | ![]() amunro
02/11/2020 09:00 | Chinese meaning for CRISIS ...danger and opportunity...great time to buy IF we have hit bottom??? | ![]() jd 1965
02/11/2020 08:59 | Balkan realities from my grandma: each 40 years there is a war each 40 years or less new currency what remains after the war are PMs, house and land (which is returned at some point9 have your assets in thirds: PMs, land, investments Now: UK does not have such a history, some other regions like us do. And I take it seriously. Allocation matters is my point. Taking regional factor into account. | ![]() kaos3
02/11/2020 08:56 | You know that and I know that. The market, I feel, will ignore any good news whilst the JV result is outstanding. | ![]() jaf1948
02/11/2020 08:48 | Actually there are a number of other developments likely to be reported on in the intervening period, AAU is not a one trick pony plus we are shovelling money into the coffers from Gold sales so what's not to like? For those with funds this is a very good time to buy | 1candc
02/11/2020 08:39 | Cannot even sell 100,000 at the moment. I fear we may be in the doldrums for several weeks now until the JV is signed. | ![]() jaf1948
