STOP PRESS

Silver and Gold have broken over their right hand shoulders at $17.39 and $1224.15. For Gold there is still possible resistance from the left hand shoulder at $1238.13, but Silver does not have to worry about that as it is through both the left and right shoulders.

Also, the daily MACD gave a confirmed buy signal for Gold yesterday which was generated just about on the horizontal zero line and is rising over that key level. This denotes the price move is bullish, ie not a corrective move, such as that seen in March when the right hand shoulder began to form.

The MACD buy signal that we saw in January when the price cleared $1200 and went up for 14 days to hit $1307.49 was also generated on the zero line.

Therefore, this only supports the potential for Gold to keep trending higher for at least a couple of weeks and possibly more. So the head at $1307.49 should get attacked and probably overcome, particulary given that this near 6 month Head & Shoulders "base" is being completed.

Phew, Silver last but not least. That daily MACD actually gave a buy signal 12 days ago, the MACD tracking sideways around the zero level between the 6th and 12th May but has now started to take off.

So, the next target is the head at $18.461, which is also the key horizontal resistance line where three lows were seen between June 2013 and June 2014.

Above there and its blue sky to $21.50-$22.00.

None of the above is guesswork, hope, gut feeling etc etc. Just pure Technical Analysis. I just hope Janet Yellen is ready for this....or rather I hope she isn't. The FED might be able to buck the market for a while but eventually the market shows its teeth and kicks you up the backside. Of course I could be wrong so i'll apologise now. DYOR and all that stuff.

Maybe you should contact him, the 65k share buy (that's not showing yet) is mine.

What one finds interesting across the various platforms is the time delay in processing trades data, some are quick others not so. Presumably it's the way their software reports.

Bikwik would you perhaps consider emailing me on sirandrewffoulkes@hotmail.com. Perfectly content if you'd prefer not to or if you wished to do it from an anonymous address.

Hi bikwik, useful to know your thoughts.

My point about TW is that he does not add any value to our business and frankly only hangs on due to intertia anyway. You might be surprised to know that he's probably not been to our Mexico operation for nearly 10 years, whilst one accepts that is not the role of the Chairman but rather the CEO, it still beggars belief that he knows nothing of our project operationally. He draws a regular salary, owes us over $200k with no apparent means or plans to repay us. It's absolutely crazy that this situation is allowed to continue, yet it does.

In regard to operations one feels that things are making real progress and in a more positive PoS environment we ought to be rising in price but alas not yet. Is that because we are completely off the radar or is it still negative sentiment toward management. Time will answer those questions but we will eventually correct to the upside quite rapidly of that one is quite sure. Just hope that TW doesn't get his hands on another bunch of grace and favour shares to sell us down the river again.

Also, the Silver chart looks bloody good as I have been banging on about!! We are now well over $17 and close to attacking the right shoulder at $17.45. Through there, we test the head at $18.50 which is also key resistance from the lows from June 2013 through to June 2014.

We are not quite there yet but its gonna happen, and probably soon.

Right you lot, I went to the AGM and voted. I think you have all got it wrong. While I get your point about TW, I don't think its going to help crying over spilt milk.

I voted in favour of all resolutions, I admit to thinking about voting against or abstaining re TW. Some of the shareholders who voted against I spoke to and to be honest they wanted to make a point and I think they probably did.

The 5000m drilling campaign results are now being analysed (by third parties of course) and I asked JW when we could expect an RNS. Looks like about 4-6 weeks, as they need independent testing and verification. A lot of people are too impatient i'd say.

In terms of by the end of this year we are looking at a throughput of 750-1000 tonnes per day of ore. So by the middle of next year they should be up to 1500 tonnes per day.

While JW is clearly not the best at speaking (he's ok by the way), I can tell he is passionate about what he does and is clearly the driving force and extremely knowledgeable about the whole operation at Arian, and he has now got 500,000 shares. I like him!

Also, Quintana is definitely in it for a long time to come. That was straight from Quintana at the meeting.

Also, as Charlie Gibson of Edison Research said in his interview recently they could easily double their resource base, a view not unsurprisingly reinforced by JW.

Sure the price has dipped back today, but i'm sure that's only because nothing "new wonderful and different" came out of the meeting, Well what do you expect at this stage!

AS far as I can see all is going according to plan and this remains mistakenly a very undervalued Silver stock which is "definitely" producing Silver and Lead. Sure, not zillions of the stuff yet but they are clearly on an upward path. The first load of Silver and Lead has already been sold to MRI.

It looks like a sort of inverse head and shoulders pattern with the left shoulder around mid March. I'm no expert but aren't they supposed to be quite bullish?

What is also interesting WS is I've been in touch with an attendee at the AGM who said a majority of retail shareholders in the room also voted in favour of Tony Williams on show of hands. One has to say they must live on another Planet, it's certainly not ours. Wouldn't be at all surprised if it's not Sprott dumping shares over in Canada today, vote for status quo then dump shares - who knows.

One supposes you could say that some shareholders are disappointed in the continued gravy train for Tony Williams and are voting with their feet. One had assumed that the Sprott boys were clued up but it seems they clearly chose the easy non-confrontational route and agreed to the status quo, which is a shame as they've not helped build any shareholder value.

One has to admit to the recent share price action being very strange, we are funded, producing, were until recently exploring and all in a benign/positive PoS environment. The share sales at close to all time lows are at best unusual and at worst questionable in nature.

All resolutions passed.
The only one I have a problem with was the re-appointment of the Chair Tony Williams. Whilst one appreciates the large holders don't want to rock the boat, there is no doubt in my mind retaining TW is a mistake. Let's hope he chooses to leave himself (doubtful).
