In order to have £1mil in Bitcoin when it was 5p would would need 20milliom Bitcoin. There are only 18million in circulation today. Do you even understand BTC?

Forgiven? LolWe don't always agree and I can do without the alluding to ramping, but I value your contribution. I hate one way, bulls only threads. I like to see opposing views and have my own assumptions challenged. Plus I like a good feisty debate. I just don't suffer fools or trolls :)

Yes, i'm seeing this as a 4th wave consolidation within a wave 3. Bitcoin is very bullish.
Nico....you still expect someone to have a crystal ball and they don't. Nobody has.
The beauty if technicals is that if used properly it can dramatically improve risk/reward ratio.
The markets are a long-term game and nobody wants to blow a pot.

2tyke - just ignore Nico as I do - it's obvious if you read his posts he doesn't understand TA or crypto. I gave him the benefit of the doubt for a while but he's in the bin now. Zooming out are you seeing this as a wave 3?

If technical analysis was so good we would all be on a beach in Mauritius Read SNF post and tell me that it doesn't say " If we don't go up then we are going down and if we don't go down then we are goof up "

Well it's quite simple Curtains. There will only ever be 21m BTC so how could this mystery millionaire drug baron hold 20m of them in 2010?I think even now only 16m are in use.Have another think :)

Nico,

Well there's much more to what we're saying than that. No need to be disingenuous.
You've really got to come from the premise that absolutely nobody has a crystal ball or else we would all be rich.
I can tell you that what we're saying, in terms of following the price road-map, is about as good as it gets.
Use it, or ignore it...but don't criticise, unless you can do better od course.
And you're welcome to try.

Totally agree Horne. BTC will be the gold standard, high cost low volume compared to the eventual world wide token that will be used to buy a loaf of bread and pint of milk. Stellar Lumens is my bet on the eventual worldwide accepted digital token.

Do you seriously believe in moving monkeys ?Waste of time these support and resistances at 500 buck intervals when this is so volatile we smash thru them regularly I will still uo the major area to buy and sell and so far got 2/2We can't look at BT.mc every second of the day Hope my 30k and 39k levels helped you all out as you're a decent bunch

Yes, I agree with your resistance/support levels.
I was just giving the elliot picture in general terms.
I suspected 38.5k could be reached using trend lines on the current little 3 wave bounce, but it might well have ended at 37.8k

Blockchain changes everything regardless of whether your a Drug Baron or the British elite. Both criminals imo.The movement of cash is being witnessed with vast sums being pumped into the stock markets via RTO/SPAC and that will increase dramatically this year.

Hootza616: Yes your average drug baron would have about £1m in bit coin in 2010. I think that is an assumption that is reasonably valid. Banks are too dodgy for drugs barons and cash to easy to steal.

Why do you disagree?

As you can see , if these cabals of barons continue to hold they will be trillionaires and basically control planet earth.

2tyke I have 37.8 as the big level. A close above on the 4hr I think gives another shot at 42k, then 44.5k. Conversely if we lose 35k I think we test 32k. Failure here and we get the full capitulation down to 27k. That wouldn't be good for ARB in the short term but would provide an incredible entry for BTC with next wave up to 60/70k

With it's enormous overheads, Bitcoin is far too expensive to run to become a universal monetary "token".
Not saying it won't get to $300k (it's current channel target), but in the very long term, the world won't pay the cost because it won't be able to afford its carbon footprint.

Difficulty increase twice a month you can track that here. Estimated to be 9% more difficult next week, after the 10% increase already seen this month

Thanks nuggetYes re the valuations, but a large part of my forecasts is based upon assumed capacity expansion. Anyone watching PW's recent Q&A vids can't have failed to pick up on the pretty clear clues that we will hear more on that topic fairly soon.I'll try and get my excel sheets up on Dropbox soon so you can have a look at my model. Although it's very similar to Blonity's which also has future TPs of 1000p and above :)I no longer see a lot of the posts on here as I decided in order to make it bearable I had to filter all the trolls and attention seekers. Reading a Nico post is like eating celery - takes more energy to digest than it provides in nutrition....

Hope not !!I think cash will be around for a decade Why wound the Fed give Honeywell (May have been another co) 800m for sensors and 60m to Spsy for sensors if they really thought there would be no cash in 5 years time ?Btc and currency can exist together

We won't be alive when it hits 10m unless anyone here is at school!!Surely as the btc price rises it gets harder to mine and new entrants appear ?Just can't see us having a mkt cap in the billions but v happy to be wrong Also who will want to hold arb with 30pct drawdowns in btc from higher levels ? Also btc is fixed supply and I'm sure argo will issue much more equity if our price rises a lot capping further price rises For me what makes btc so enticing is it's scarcity Problem for me is I'm in v low in Argo (20p avge ) and so am itching to take profits
