04/11/2002 19:30 | Well they did say "to maximise shareholders interest" lets see! are they allowed to lie? | divina
04/11/2002 18:35 | Fair comment moonie, but Jezza hopped back aboard the bus today to ensure his 17% holding is not devalued further. Along with the Institutions he will ensure value is released for the shareholders. I'd say the odds are still with us at the moment. | mad4it
04/11/2002 18:21 | a comment i red All I know about Arc is that it is still losing money, but has cash worth substantially more than its market cap. The directors should therefore pay the cash back to shareholders: but they have firmly stated that they are not going to do this. Bearing in mind the infinite capacity of directors to waste money or pocket it themselves, and looking at the amazing shenanigans at Izodia, I'd say this can only be seen as a gamble with the odds stacked in favour of the house | moonblue
04/11/2002 16:26 | Hmmmm, interesting to see EVO ( Beeson Gregory ) moving their NMS up to 100k from 75k and sitting on the bid all day. Maybe their recent ARK upgrade WASN'T a 'pumpy dumpy' exercise! | mad4it

04/11/2002 11:28 | ARK WILL SELL THE COMPANY....news from within.... ARK to sell..... 45p plus to come....wooopppeeee | halfpenny
04/11/2002 11:24 | Yep, it looks like Jez wants to make sure he gets full value for his 17%. I would suggest he'll be against a cash return, as, effectively, 17% of the cash is his! Therefore it's better for him to accept a bid for the company, around the 37p cash level. | mad4it
04/11/2002 10:57 | I guess with 17% of the company he wants to see the deal thru! its in his best interest. I see it as selling the company ARM offer 35p to low! | divina
