But he also took place in the higher offerings..
He’s definitely sold down that position
And replaced than with the .2 Prices
Hard to work out how he’s actually played this … the big money will be made by new investors at around this price
If all of Aptamers plans succeed !

addendum: you do not have to hold the shares prior to the closing date in a placing (that requirement only applies to open offers)

Yes Adam, I was also very impressed by that R&D presentation, which in due course persuaded me to make an investment in this company. A couple of things to look out for in the next few weeks:Hoping for an updated company Presentation or at least a release of the pre-fundraising Presentation on the company website sometime after the GM. Just out of interest, if nothing new.Could also be a very interesting major shareholding announcement via RNS, as alluded to here... Which would also go someway in validating the Optimer platform.

Thanks for posting that link affc21 - was an interesting presentation. The way which I look at this is:

- they're targeting a very large addressable market
- they have some pilot stage projects with goliath companies
- if this were a private, VC backed company then the above two factors would probably value it at more like £20m say rather than the market cap

So I've taken a small position with the understanding that there is 100% (ie 1x) downside but potentially several 10s of times upside. I feel its a reasonable assymetric bet which makes sense to take a small position in now, and then perhaps triple/quadruple the size on any appropriately positive news

It's in my interest for these to motor today.I took a large position at 0.2pBut I like to see people make money so try give my thoughts. Buying is the easy part . It's the selling part that's hard !!

I agree but it's not guarantee it will fall that's the point. Yes it's likely but u or anybody can guarantee the share price will drop.. Like I said happy to have got a few at under 0.24 but looking to add a lot more if it does drop to 0.2p. Just keep on mind many were happy paying 0.6p not long ago in the face of what happened so a couple of points isn't a big issue so long as the company delivers

What's the risk ? I would say there is a 90pct chance of picking stock up 0.2 to 0.22pReally find it odd anyone buying b4 GM

I’m buying now, and will continue to do so at this price or near this price
2.3 to 2.7 is my range.
Has for giving insiders a profit, no problem !
Because right or wrong my opinion it will be worth substantially more in the medium term, so why would i risk missing these prices.
