Fall in revenues? Did you not read the update and increasing revenues along with multiple new deals announced?

The share price will drift most likely on its own but don't talk rubbish when trying to get your entry price.

Nico when you add in the increasing revenues and blue chip client list it gets even more bizarre. Let the dust settle then it will head back to 0.7-1p range in due course. 1p is a mkt cap of 19m a bit more like where this should be imo. The focus must be on revenues and they have 2m in the works to add onto what they have already which would take them close to break even if they manage to get them all signed up

I’d say the upside was far more
It’s absorbed several very positive RNS releases, due to the fact a placing was in the offering.
You have to value this on the market capitalisation, and that 85 percent of the company is held imo long term safe hands.
The market is huge, and is odviously being taken up by tier 1 pharma.
What was the market cap at IPO for starters
The general UK market at present is springing up huge opportunities for present investors, not so for LTH
But we are where we are, take advantage !

I bought a starter position in these today whilst I do more research on the potential.

The view I took was that with teh cash in the bank and relationships with large companies like they have, it would be valued several times higher if it was a VC backed private company.

The downside is 100% but upside is several fold so feels like an itneresting bet from a probability weighted perspective

Will take time to shake the issued shares around but once they are done this will be. Alot higher. 3m cash mkt cap 4..5m undervalued for a company signing deals with huge customers like Unilever and AZ

The share price is trying very hard to tick up,seems there's interest in buying at these prices, very odd as dilution coming, unless these buyers are in the know 😉

Also 36mn broker warrants issued in July 2023 have had their exercise price written down to 0.2p, conveniently. Same expiry terms.

I don't think the broker will have sticky hands for a big chunk of their warrant fee. Bound to want to monetise a decent chunk at anything over issue price even if they then leave some unexercised. When do they expire?

The warrant shares are likely to get sold so I expect this to drop a bit more before it starts to move. Around 200m they will offload at a small profit possibly. Find out on 29th.

If most of the placing shares go to sticky hands the present share price could be the bottom, maybe,if I right it will only rise from here.

that is going to be the eye-opener…

85% of the original shares were held by institutions. Need some tr1s to see who took part. That is a big part of how quickly the churn is dealt with. For me having so many ii holders is a big plus.

When considering any overhang from the placing, don't forget there are a shedload of Broker Warrants (138,900,000 plus 36,000,000) exercisable at 0.2p that TP managed to negotiate (in addition to their other fees) with the deal, as far as I can asceratin there are no conditions attached to these and I doubt whether TP will turn into long term holders

As mad as it sounds I'm happy to see this fall towards placing price. I want quite. Afrw more of these yet but not getting sucked in by the mm games. Will be a few months before this takes off yet patience required at the start will be rewarded later on
