It matters, 3Put, because we've been told that Aleph already has taken a 7.19% holding in ANGS... except there's no TR-1 that's been issued in relation to that. As issuing a TR-1 is legally obligatory, the only assumption can be that Aleph does not in fact hold that amount and that the market has been given incorrect information.

Valentine, those numbers are date guesses as to when first gas (or full production - the two are not the same) may start. 3Put having guessed 22nd June is already wrong.

Is it imminent 1st gas that they predicted would never happen which narks them so much or all the time they have wasted? The uber goons Jtidsbadly and 1347 are particularly busy.All non shareholders. The next and final stage in proving mechanical integrity will be to introduce nitrogen into the plant for a five day leak and pressure test which we expect to commence at the end of this week.  Meanwhile the electrical - power and control and instrumentation - installation continues at pace.

Can we please have an update on all the relevant permissions needed for current and near future work. Asked on 14 June 2022
We will answer this question in the ordinary course of our Q&A, but as regards our recommissioning project at Saltfleetby we note that on 22 March 2022 we have already answered this question as follows:

“Angus Energy plc (AIM: ANGS) is pleased to announce that the Environment Agency has issued its Variation Notice for the existing Saltfleetby gas field permit. The site permit now encompasses the new activities of processing and compressing of gas for direct export to National Grid. No further regulatory or planning permissions are required before First Gas.”

For me its all now about the commissioning.

I just found this link. Not sure if it is all relevant to SFB but there are a lot of items that need signing off if this is similar to the UK?

I will try to find time to read it this weekend.
