For the balance , George has not performed the way he should have, the bank loan, missed deadlines etc. He could have had 5m in the bank if he got this going early.

I'd love to know any even teensy factual inaccuracy you can find in my post above, 3Put.

Let me restate it, just for you:-

"Here's the amount that ANGS is 100% cast-iron guaranteed to pay Mercuria next month on the differential on the July swap contract, that being the first month of the 36 month hedge. It's north of £1.6 million, come what may.

July 22 gas is currently priced at 185p per therm. ANGS has hedged 1.125 million therms at 41.4p per therm. 1.125 million x (185 - 41.4) = £1.615 million. That's what Mercuria is owed next month, regardless how much gas ANGS manages to produce."

Is there anything inaccurate in that statement? Do tell...

The above is an indisputable and immediately verifiable fact. Maybe an unpalatable or an inconvenient one, but still... a cold, hard fact.

Well, 7 days to start full production because...

...with July gas currently at 187p per therm, ANGS owes Mercuria approx £52.5k for every single calendar day in July on the hedge, utterly regardless of how much gas is or isn't produced.

That's the first of the two ticking timebombs that the more objective here have been mentioning for months.

We really are down to the sharp end now and His Pinocchioship is all out of wriggle room.
