Thanks, 1347.

Still, nothing is ever straightforward where Tidswell is concerned (as LTH's all know very well to their cost!). I will await official notification... or NOT as the case may be...

RE: FundamentalsToday 10:33
We are standing extremely close to the warrants price and there will be a push in the share price to 1.5 pence level this week. No chance of any placing now as the bid is out.

Is James saying that Angus are not allowed to issue any placings now that a bid is out as that is how it reads to me???

If this is the case then we should see JTP's holdings by this Thursday no?

CQ - According to my information JTP held 27,150,000 shares on the last TR-1 issued, in September 2019 I think it was. I have not seen any notification that he sold down since, which as far as I'm concerned, if he had, we should have seen, since as Business Development Director and ex Chairman and founder of Anguish Energy he is still a PDMR in my view. Whether he's sold down or not a TR-1 should have been issued anyway when the 5%, 4% and 3% DTR thresholds were crossed, which they were due to subsequent dilution.

chickbait: I don’t know his current status, I’m afraid. Weren’t they included in the HSBC filing for a while?

I’ve just had a quick look at the latest charge against Sound, which is in respect of their Moroccan company, I think. The auditors (Crowe, the same as Angus) include in their opinion that a question exists as to Sound Energy plc’s status as a going concern. How would the OGA give them approval to take over from Anguish as Operator at Poundland?

Well, didn't JTP use to hold 30 million ANGS shares?

I certainly can't remember any TR-1s stating that this number had been reduced?

Of course, now that the number of issued ANGS shares exceeds one billion, JTP's holding (if still 30 million) would not be listed as significant/major any more on the ANGS websiite, as it would be below 3% of total.

Which doesn't obviate the need for a TR-1, if he's got rid of some, following the America 2000 clown cavalcade of a few years back.

Anguish news and updates as per usual: as clear as mud!

I see the 10p incoming rampers have been forced to tone it down (again) as clearly 10p was NEVER incoming - or EVER going to be incoming!
SP deflating as placing shares are being forward sold IMHO.

Tell me I was wrong in a few days time when George calls the supposed bidding war off (LOL) and confirms a placing to pay for Poundland's LATEST in an already long line of OVERSPENDS...

Will Poundland ever deliver?

Not if Dear Old George has anything to do with it IMHO!

CQ ;-)

Does someone have to hand how many shares JTP offloaded during the Captain America saga and how many he held onto?

This should give an idea as surely he would not do this again!??

Also, I'm pretty sure JTP still has a significant amount of shares as I can't recall any TR1 RNS releases?

HITS: I take your point that the Earls haven’t rejected the latest indicative approach, through Gneiss, addressed to them! I hope there isn’t going to be any question of lucrative Board appointments for the two of them if a firm bid emerges and they support it. They’d make sure of continued employment for a year or two, which is something you can't say for their positions at Anguish.

1347: who are Martin and Jacqueline Lang, with almost 3% of Anguish?

The Sound Energy approach has 4 weeks before they have to bid or withdraw.

I’d be worried about this if I were a Sound Energy shareholder. A massive dilution for them. It’s up 65% since the end of November. It doesn’t seem to have a compelling investment case as a stand-alone entity and it’s hard to see how Anguish will improve matters. It appears to be over-borrowed. Surely there will be a wave of selling in it soon?

JT Yes so far it seems the same entity has taken the first 4 places in the queue. We know Forum Energy are interested via the AAOG ruse so for me there is still at least one more to show their hand and it's not the Langoliers as they've nailed their colours to the Sound Energy mast, or, as JA and a few others seem to think it should be called, Unsound Energy.

They might announce the placing before then... and dissolve the bidding process, allowing him to keep his share transactions concealed (again).

I think the Twenty year old Eastern European with her shell business - he sold them to last time - is out of business now... he may have been struggling to find another?
