There could be multiple reasons for paul to sell. raise cash to pay its 49% of costs. May be raise cash to make a cash bid for SFB. Those are the realistic and logical explanations.

James. If he needed cash then surely he could have held on until a better offer comes in. No??

Has anyone seen an RNS from James2nd yet. Didn't he say he had just under 3% under the normal reporting threshold?

Now he has to declare anything above 1% unless he has reduced down since or has already submitted under another name???

Why would Paul Forrest be offloading 11,376,923 shares @ 1.21p when ANGS turned down 1.5p per share from the latest takeover bid??

Selling off all of Angus for 1.5p would be silly. Hopefully this is just one of those ludicrous low ball starters that ends up much more (Morrisons supermarket buy out as an example of the disconnect between initial offers and agreed price to sell).

a nice 5m buy just popped in from earlier, just before the 2 x 3.35m buys at 1.3. Someone is keen. Its a pity there are still a few willing to feed the buyers with cheap shares.

JA51: yes, I see that. Carlos appears to be the biggest single (non-corporate) shareholder in Orwell. Jonny and Mr. Forrest have relatively small shareholdings. But none of them has proved to be much good, have they? The jury may be out on Mr. Forrest, I admit. I’ve no idea what was behind their giving him all that abandonment money or whether there are any conditions in place on the uses he puts it to.
