Does someone have to hand how many shares JTP offloaded during the Captain America saga and how many he held onto?

This should give an idea as surely he would not do this again!??

Also, I'm pretty sure JTP still has a significant amount of shares as I can't recall any TR1 RNS releases?

HITS: I take your point that the Earls haven’t rejected the latest indicative approach, through Gneiss, addressed to them! I hope there isn’t going to be any question of lucrative Board appointments for the two of them if a firm bid emerges and they support it. They’d make sure of continued employment for a year or two, which is something you can't say for their positions at Anguish.

1347: who are Martin and Jacqueline Lang, with almost 3% of Anguish?

The Sound Energy approach has 4 weeks before they have to bid or withdraw.

I’d be worried about this if I were a Sound Energy shareholder. A massive dilution for them. It’s up 65% since the end of November. It doesn’t seem to have a compelling investment case as a stand-alone entity and it’s hard to see how Anguish will improve matters. It appears to be over-borrowed. Surely there will be a wave of selling in it soon?

JT Yes so far it seems the same entity has taken the first 4 places in the queue. We know Forum Energy are interested via the AAOG ruse so for me there is still at least one more to show their hand and it's not the Langoliers as they've nailed their colours to the Sound Energy mast, or, as JA and a few others seem to think it should be called, Unsound Energy.

They might announce the placing before then... and dissolve the bidding process, allowing him to keep his share transactions concealed (again).

I think the Twenty year old Eastern European with her shell business - he sold them to last time - is out of business now... he may have been struggling to find another?

CQ: yes, a more sophisticated pump and dump. It doesn’t change the outlook for Poundland in any way, though Angus may be able to go through the motions for a month or two longer than otherwise. At the expense of small investors, though. This could go on for quite a while. At least until a placing. Will Sound Energy withdraw at that point?

1347: yes. What do you think? It certainly comes within the definition of “a series of offers”. There’s been some interesting exchanges on the AAOG site too, as you might expect.

Credit where credit is due: George has managed to pump some temporary life back into this dog.

Just a pity he isn't as much of a magician when it comes to delivery on finances, deadlines and operational success...

Still expecting discount placing news as I still remain strongly suspicious that these sudden coincidental offers are simply to enable the warrant conversions and a higher placing price to be agreed. Expecting an RNS to say Angus are going it alone in due course.
