They kind of did by telling us this was going to be from safe old SF5 didn't they 1347.....Not risky SF7 that failed because it went west? (see Q&A)...... (Hold on which way is it going now?).....before realising they didn't have permission to do that!

The plans I gave you a link for are completely different from the ones they are now applying for.

If you are suggesting they are constructing to the original plans you would be mistaken obviously. The company gave an unbelievable excuse as to why this wasn't done months ago that they didn't have plant dimensions after all!

It may only be hardcore but it's hardcore in a hole without permission!

They quite clearly are undertaking the works without the required permission in place.
