I have just reported it to CH. You may want to do the same. There is a blue box at the bottom of the page to report mistakes.

JA51: it happens to me all the time! They've reduced expenditure by a large amount, somehow. I suppose they didn’t do much in the year to September last year, the work began in October. And the finance costs, Directors’ salaries etc., club fees, are presumably paid by the plc.

Are the missing Notes to the Accounts (which are part of the Accounts) going to be released, do you suppose? Or is this redacted document all that shareholders are going to get?

Sorry JT I missed your post.

What an absolute farce! So we cant see if that £400k rent cost That appeared last year has been reduced! Didn't they promise to reduce it by moving out of Chiswick?

I see on the other site they’re still sending in questions about Directors’ share purchases! Here’s a far more important one that they might like to consider:

“Shareholders will have noticed in the incomplete AEWB No.3 Accounts published today that there is no mention of Mercuria. The two Aleph companies appear to be the only lenders. In the 24 May charge document, there is, similarly, no mention of Mercuria and the expression “chargor”; is left undefined. Would you be good enough to clarify for shareholders the current position of Mercuria as a lender to the Saltfleetby partners?”

JA51: I’ve had a quick look again at the 24 May “charge” document on the Companies House site.

In “definitions” at the start of the document, I can’t see a mention of the “chargor”;. I can’t remember whether I saw one two months ago. So, if this is the case, Mercuria is not mentioned in the document. I can’t believe we all merely assumed they were the chargor?

What’s going on?

Well, the AEWB3 accounts are on the Companies House site. They appear incomplete, the balance sheet refers to notes which are not present. There’s no table of expenditure either, as there was last year. This was the only place from which shareholders could get an idea of what was going on.

What’s going on?

Will certainly help...

Does anyone know how many successful and unsuccessful side tracks have been drilled at well 7?

Maybe these numbers can be used as a percentage wise risk assessment of the odds of this next side track being successful. Just a thought?

The group is like any group , some ramp/ de-ramp etc. A couple of people were locked out for ramping the socks off it at 0.7. It seems to be a decent group , I would probably stay clear of the main trading groups as some of them have over 2k members and it's very rampy. The smaller groups are quite good for sharing info like that email I put up here.
