26/7/2021 13:17 | SIDETRACK PLANNING PASSED ! EXCELLENT NEWS. | rmart
26/7/2021 12:48 | jtisadly "the reference to “the AEWB3 accounts” was for this site’s benefit. I’m looking forward to seeing what’s in them." Let me translate that " no benefit to this site , just trying to spin a negative, any negative that i can as i'm now getting very desperate " | sincero1
26/7/2021 11:49 | gkb47: the reference to “the AEWB3 accounts” was for this site’s benefit. I’m looking forward to seeing what’s in them. | jtidsbadly
26/7/2021 11:43 | JA51: thanks for this. We expected it was a formality. When will they start drilling? It should take 16 weeks. Why wouldn’t they start straight away? 16 weeks takes us to mid-November, by which time the plant kit should have arrived - assuming they’ve ordered it and got the design work finished by then. They should then be ready to start the gas flowing by year end, what? If I were them, I’d start the planning work for another sidetrack, to be drilled if SF07 fails. They’ll need more than they can get from the existing wells by next summer, won’t they? No, I’m not holding my breath, either. | jtidsbadly

26/7/2021 11:11 | gkb47: the accounts are often posted on the Companies House site on the same day as this statement appears on the site. Worth watching this afternoon. That’s the AEWB3 accounts! | jtidsbadly
26/7/2021 09:42 | "However a flyer was distributed to local residents and one response was received regarding the fabric of Saddleback Road"... jtisadly ? pahahahahaa | sincero1
26/7/2021 09:38 | looks like a formality ... Recommendation: Following consideration of the relevant development plan policies and the comments received through consultation and publicity it is recommended that conditional planning permission be granted. Environment Agency (EA) – have no objection to the application. Highway and Lead Local Flood Authority (Lincolnshire County Council) – does not wish to restrict the grant of permission. East Lindsey District Council has commented that the proposed development would bring national benefits by way of gas production and security of supply | sincero1
26/7/2021 09:23 | Link for this morning's PP Committee meeting for the sidetrack. As I have said I think it should be passed. However, I am still wondering why the councilor is withholding comments for the meeting? (issues with the pipeline guidance not being followed? That road certainly wasn't in the approved pp)? And why has this one has gone to the committee? (last 2 decides by the case officer) | ja51oiler

24/7/2021 10:59 | I think his paltry £60,000 is going to see a nice rise in the next accounts, what? And richly deserved, it’s the best thing the Board has done for the share price since the current interim MD was stretchered in, what? | jtidsbadly
