23/7/2021 10:40 | JA51: I agree that it would be a rearranging of the furniture if the proposed deal goes ahead. Mr. Forrest has still not filed the accounts for SEL Or Forum, which are nearly two months overdue. We don’t know anything about their financial status nor where Forrest is getting his money from. He’s invested a fair bit in AAOG, which appears now to be bust. It all looks like a ploy to get the tax losses but the useable losses in AAOG are only in the region of £2mm. Is there another potential tax benefit I’ve missed? | jtidsbadly
23/7/2021 10:18 | JT, With regard to AAOG and the future 25% of Saltfleetby Energy. I thought Angus was about as it got but looks like we have another contender! PI's wiped out. I still think it's not a "coinkydink" that the last financing "furlong" took so long, however. The AAOG/SEL announcement regarding Salt just days after that hefty "Captain America" size tax shield became available over there. Just re-arranging the furniture as Mr F holds control of all 3 companies now, but surely you would take advantage of this if you could? | ja51oiler
23/7/2021 10:07 | UJ9. John can be prone to exaggeration at times! However no denying they are flying at the moment. Futures.... August 89p Summer 22, 56p | ja51oiler

22/7/2021 21:49 | jtisadly " I haven’t been waiting for it, it’s neither here nor there." it's been your recent point to attack the lack of commitment of directors to buy shares .... now disclosed and your still looking for a negative spin...classic jtisadly not letting the truth get in the way of his negative narrative... discredited completely... | sincero1
22/7/2021 19:41 | UltimateJustice9: thanks for this, I didn’t know there was a ten-day rule, couldn’t see it in the regulations. I agree with you that Directors’ deals should be disclosed at the earliest opportunity, not seven days later. | jtidsbadly
22/7/2021 19:29 | Directors of AIM companies are required to notify any share dealings “without delay”. He bought his shares on 15 July. A week seems to me a long time. It is likely to have been the subject (possibly the result) of discussions with the interim MD, so why the delay in the RNS? Re Paddy: Directors of AIM companies are required to notify “details of any receiverships, compulsory liquidations, creditors’ voluntary liquidations, administrations, company voluntary arrangements or any composition or arrangement with its creditors generally or any class of its creditors of any company where such director was a director at the time of or within the twelve months preceding such events;” Paddy was a Director of NMC, and Chairman of the Board’s Audit Committee, in 2019 and 2020, when it went into administration. In fact, among the first actions of the administrators was his dismissal, if I remember right. Was everyone aware of his history at the time of his appointment as Chairman at Anguish? | jtidsbadly
22/7/2021 19:06 | I’m looking for that news as well, does todays director buy suggest everything is on track and that Angs are going to finally deliver ? Who knows. The who are we is indeed any suffering LTH or anyone getting in now. I agree that we need a lot of news now to get this going.George said that directors would buy and he also said that we will get regular updates. Time will tell if they are serious | ultimatejustice9
22/7/2021 18:41 | Ultimatejustice9: who are “we”? I haven’t been waiting for it, it’s neither here nor there. I’m looking for news that the plant design work has been completed, that work has started on the site preparation, that kit is arriving. And news of how the general and admin expenses over the next 12 months are going to be paid. And for AEWB3’s overdue accounts, as well as for those of the guarantor of the loans and its parent company. And for how they propose to pay for any work at all at Lidsey, Brockham etc. - assets that they were writing off 21 months ago. And for news of AAOG’s participation in Poundland. I’d also like more information on the sidetrack and on the hedges but am not holding my breath on those - nor on much else of the above. Directors’ share purchases at £10,000 a time make no difference at all to the outlook here for shareholders. Though I dare say there may be further such disclosures whenever the price gets near 0.80p. Three cheers for mug punters, what? | jtidsbadly
22/7/2021 18:15 | 1mm at a penny. 🥱 | clickbait
22/7/2021 17:05 | Nice director buy, that's what we have been waiting on. Let's have a debate without the name calling please | ultimatejustice9
22/7/2021 17:02 | and as predicted...old duffer jtisadly irritated to the max... so predictable, so discredited...so disingenuous..so pointless... who's next to post...ja51"contract | sincero1
22/7/2021 16:57 | I see that good old Paddy has put his hand in his pocket for 1mm. shares! With the success of the recent financing, I’m sure he will be rewarded with an unduly belated and substantial salary uplift for all the work he does on the company’s behalf, what? Pump and dump, anyone? Can anyone think of a reason they’d want the price up smartly? Quite funny, really, that people buy on the back of this kind of thing. | jtidsbadly
22/7/2021 16:10 | RNS: Patrick Clanwilliam, Chairman, on 15 July 2021 purchased 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.002p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.0175 pence per Ordinary Share. jtisadly will be furious .... lets see how he tries to spin this as a negative ... ditto ja51"contractvoid"oi | sincero1
22/7/2021 15:47 | jtisadly - you won't define what your definition of a pump and dump is , i asked the same a week or so ago when you were adamant there was a pump and dump and you ducked the reply and was proven incorrect again , therefore your post is both disingenuous and irrelevant. again you go looking for a negative spin ... you really are getting desperate... | sincero1
22/7/2021 15:35 | Have a look at EEE, it looks ready to pop | bspgamer
22/7/2021 15:34 | In early August last year we had that nice pump and dump to do with the Shell offtake agreement, that got Rupert out. Are we seeing the early stages of another that might enable someone else to exit? No names.. | jtidsbadly |
