11/7/2021 17:46 | JT, All very valid questions IMHO. Especially the one about Tidswell's current remuneration - and his actual role (could we have an appraisal of what he's "actually" been doing for the past 18 months to justify his salary?). Seems - to most long term shareholders - that he's just along for the free ride and his continued involvement only continues to cast a - justified - long dark shadow of Market mistrust. CQ ;-) | clottedq

11/7/2021 01:05 | Here’s some better questions for the Q&A: Are the gas price hedge contracts with Mercuria, or with an unrelated counter-party? In the event that Saltfleetby gas production does not meet 70% of expected levels by the time the hedges take effect in July 2022, please advise the net effect on expected returns to Angus of a 1p movement in gas prices above or below this price, per 1% below this 70% level of expected gas production. Why have you decided to drill the proposed sidetrack from SF07, instead of SF05 on which the CPR was based? When will the overdue annual AEWBNo.3 accounts be available and, since it is now controlled by Law Debenture, what is AEWBNo.3’s present ownership status? Shareholders will be aware that neither Forum Energy Services nor Saltfleetby Energy Limited, your partners in Saltfleetby, has filed its accounts since the Saltfleetby deal was concluded and they are both substantially overdue at Companies House. Why is this? What is Jonathan Tidswell’s current role/position with the company? Is it fair to assume that his remuneration is in line with that of the Executive (Board) Directors? The Company’s cash position was low at the latest accounting date. The £12mm. loan proceeds appear to be for Saltfleetby only and the loan terms appear to preclude further borrowings. When do you estimate you will need to come to the stock market again for further cash raisings? Has there been any development in the legal case to which you referred recently? | jtidsbadly
10/7/2021 22:09 | the share price is only going one way from now onward--UP and UP. cry as much as you want. the train engine is getting revved up. | hmv001

09/7/2021 22:04 | Looks like 3p pre-gas possible on charts.... Pointing to 3p on a swift move past 1.6p resistance Tweet is for the graphic FFS | cantrememberthis2

09/7/2021 14:14 | So are you not expecting a placing soon then? Be careful how you answer, I’ll be screen-shooting it. HITS: excellent post, right on the money. | jtidsbadly
09/7/2021 14:05 | jtisadly "...little they’ve said has proved trustworthy" You really never did get around to googling the definition of irony did you jtisdadly ? ....Lets just list a few things you have said recently .. 5.7.21 "placing this week or next" 8.7.21"another placing or two in the next few months" 9.7.21 "" placing is in the queue and will come once the latest UKOG issue has been digested" 21.5.21 "poor angus 0.20 soon" 6+ weeks ago. " share price into the sixties shortly " 4+ weeks ago. "oga approval doubt" . " financing doubt" . " running out of money " weekly prediction for last 6 months. " 0.15 by end of year". " placing soon " daily prediction for last 6 months. "They did run out of money towards the end of March, as we predicted" - As at 31 March 2021 the Group had cash of £591,000. As at 31 March 2021 the Group had net current assets of £1,351,000". totally and utterly discredited and humiliated... i'm off to enjoy my weekend...... forza azzurri... | sincero1
09/7/2021 14:02 | "Closer to production on more than one front"? I think you'll find that all ANGS can afford (and all they've been given financing for) is seeing if they can get Poundland a) to first gas and then more importantly b) to a level of production that is commercially sustainable, given debt costs. That'd be just one front, then. But that's okay. The share price isn't set to go anywhere meaningful in my long-held opinion (possible short-term P&D attempts aside), until firm and independently verified news is out on both a) and b) above. IMV, for ANGS it's literally all and only about George's last throw of the dice in Lincolnshire. So the only realistic option is to wait until Q1 2022 at the earliest and then see if he's managed to roll a double six, rather than another in an apparently endless succession of snake eyes from executive management, past and present. | headinthesand
09/7/2021 13:51 | Is none of you expecting a placing soon, then? Backing this management is like putting Nick Leeson in charge of a hedge fund and expecting large returns. They have been incompetent to date. Nothing they’ve been involved in has succeeded and little they’ve said has proved trustworthy. If you can’t trust the management, what confidence should you have in their paid mouthpieces on these boards? If the engineer behaves as if he’s taken Trappist vows, why would you listen to the oily rags? Placing soon, any of you? | jtidsbadly
09/7/2021 13:20 | you may want to think about this. Despite your weeks, months, years of de ramping, knocking, slandering etc (whatever you want to call it), why is there no mad rush to the exit door ? Could it be because the company is now on the verge of a massive share price re rate as we get closer to production on more than 1 front ?? OH YES, I think it is ! You lot posting all the same trash time after time after time is having ZERO effect. Everyone knows this thread is full of bitter twisted old holders who cannot move on in life. Pretty sad really. | rmart

09/7/2021 12:19 | Despite the arrival of additional Cheerleader firepower here & over on LSE... I see no improvement whatsoever in the management of this company - and hence its ability to break its long standing DUCK. FAILURE once... to be expected... FAILURE twice... room for improvement... FAILURE three times... replace management... FAILURE four times or more... Shareholders taken for fools! How many FAILURES have Anguish clocked up again... I seem to have lost count? JA, JT, HITS, can you offer up an accurate historical total please? CQ ;-) | clottedq

09/7/2021 11:13 | jtisadly - " placing is in the queue and will come once the latest UKOG issue has been digested" You feeling ok jtisadly ? You said "another placing or two in the next few months." last night and " it would be this week or next " you said that on Monday ( remember when uclot agreed, yes uclot mr not 1p this year or next ) and that is on top of your daily " placing soon " posts. I know angus said you were in your "twilight years " but you seem very very confused.... do seek help. | sincero1
09/7/2021 11:02 | Presumably the Anguish placing is in the queue and will come once the latest UKOG issue has been digested. Are we expecting another pump and dump there to encourage shareholders to dig deeper or will there be nul (to use an expression favoured by His Lordship) acceptances? It’s fun, AIM, once you're accustomed to its ways, what? | jtidsbadly
09/7/2021 09:50 | JA51: yes, well it’s all par for the course, what? And if they don’t produce 70% of their forecast gas by July next year (assuming they survive until then) the price of gas had better be below their hedged price or they’ll be in serious trouble. Existential risks wherever you look with this. The primary one being the management. They were in a hole as soon as the finance expert turned down the $20mm. he was offered by that bank last year. Ridiculous. | jtidsbadly

09/7/2021 09:32 | In fact, You can pretty much look at anything they publish or say in interviews and scratch your head six months later!.... Didn't they recently blame previous operators for missing the oil at Lidsey?........ Only it was "Drill the wrong hole from 3" Tidswell, and Hollis that were responsible for the last drill! Just have a look at the RNS'S and interviews regarding that. Total and utter BS!! | ja51oiler

09/7/2021 09:22 | De ramping? Pointing out that the company has published incorrect figures in a presentation is De ramping?... It's not like they make these clangers on a regular basis is it!....only they do dont they?.... Just look at the last presentation and the truly amateur cut and paste mistake regarding the wells at Salt and Lidsey...... The link is there for you again to check if you wish....DYOR | ja51oiler
09/7/2021 09:07 | Not bothered about your de ramping. I just think the share price will get to 5p. You just keep posting the same drivel and I will just remind you at every step along the way to 5p that you should put the past behind you and recoup your losses by joining the rise. I know you won’t, you are not clever enough and are letting bitterness beat you up and so you miss out again. | rmart |
